I have to say something about "skyline" kits: colour makes no difference to cast shadow. What does make a difference is diameter. Another factor is surface finish::a gloss finish will flash like a Belisha beacon.
Always seems Shimano are 1-2 steps behind the rest of the pack. They’ve had a massive opportunity here to really innovate here and they’ve brought a pole out with features that have been around for years already. Then to top it off they want £5k for it! Who wants to spend that these days and then send tops off to be drilled!
It is always a question at a new pole. Personally I like more the poles coming with reinforcement, and let the angler decide which puller he/she wants to use. Yeah, we can say there is no big difference between the side pullers, but some needs only a 6mm diameter circular drill, other needs 10mm (or more) other needs 1-2 cm long holes. On carp poles I do not mind to use Preston rolla pulla (10 mm), but on matchpoles with lower diameter, thinner wall I look for a pulla which needs smaller hole in the section.
no good testing a 5k pole at 14.5mtr really is it!
cant even be bothered to put side pullers in ,match kits

Would love to see it long down the edge with a power top and some red hydo… is it a real all rounder?
never hold up! iv held and though nice a light it did not come across a solid pole like guru/garbo uk1

No pullers = non-starter.
5k and you have to drill your own side pullers absolute joke and why not take it somewhere where your going to catch really big fish
Could get 3 *G90s for that price .. all kits bushed and side puller fitted
