I use uv resistant tablet top epoxy for my glue it gives you more time to work around 30-40 minutes and it sticks really well to the aluminum I make parts from.
I started to wrap my forester than you began the wrapping videos too lol than I just recently did flocking to my interior bits and here you are!!! Dope

Here’s a part you didn’t mention, the rear window deck. That big piece of OEM blah could use some sprucing up too!
I just flocked the dash in my truck a week ago only because the factory paint on the dash was falling off and I would never find an exact match for the paint. I like how it came out but I must've been flocking it too hard because the tube kept getting clogged. So stopping every 30 secs to unclog it was frustrating but worth doing. You're braver than me, I'm too scared to try this on my STI
I would wear a mask or respirator this is really big in Germany people flock everything there's factories that even give you warranty I just think people have a big problem with this is because some people don't clean the surface right or right not good glue but yeah.

Does the adhesive smell bad after it dries? I used that stuff from FLOCKIT and after 2 weeks it still smells like bad chemical smell in the car when I flocked my a pillars
@@Smeedia Even the electrostatic flocking uses glue. I was a little confused on the process when I looked it up. But it may be the flocking material is neutrally charged so it doesn’t stick to itself and clump up. Have to look into more to understand exactly what is going on. Either way it looks good.

Well, if I ever have the misfortune of having to take out my dash, this will absolutely be done for 30 friggin bucks. I love that look.
Well worth it for the money, and agreeded I wouldn't take out a dash just to flock it but if its ever out!

The dash removal is by far the worst part to do, from what I've seen the material has up pretty well to the heat but time will tell 😁
