Trains at Miramas | 21st March 2024

Somewhere I've wanted to visit for a while now, Miramas is a well-known Freight hotspot in the south of France along the Mediterranean coast between Avignon and Marseille. This video covers almost an entire day spent here with a wide range of loco types to be seen, including an ex-EWS Class 66, Y8000, 7200, 22200, 26000, 27000, 36300, 37000, 69000 & 75000 types as well as others on a range of different kinds of freight traffic, plus some passenger workings as well such as the Marseille to Bordeaux Intercity trains.
I was inspired to go to the south of France in general by videos on the ‪@ferro.bapt.sud2.0‬ and ‪@supercorail7284‬ channels, both of which produce excellent videos I've sunk many hours into watching, so please go and check them out if you want to see more videos around the south of France!
