For example, with such a Russian streamer as "Broken Video" (He has 43 thousand subscribers) ?. Nice person, streaming full flights at a very serious level in the X-plane and in addition a real pilot (L-410 UVP aircraft). You can find his instagram under any of his streams. I offered him an idea to stream with you, he said that he did not mind and that he might come up with something in the future

When I was first using X-Plane 11, it was the free trial. I tried flying with differential thrust in the Zibo 737 in X-Plane 11 after finding the engines (and everything but the stick) were still usable after the 15-minute limit. I found it extremely difficult, but I was actually able to land twice in five attempts. And yes, I found the flaps and reverse thrust to be my friends. Flaps helped me deal with phugoid oscillation (the slow up-and-down motion caused by an imbalance between thrust and lift that would normally be trimmed out). Actually stopping that motion involves adding thrust just before it dives, then taking away thrust just before it climbs. If you do it right, you can even get the plane to maintain a certain attitude (continually climbing to avoid terrain or constantly diving to approach a runway). Reverse thrust helped with pitch control. (By the way, part of the reason why JAL123 couldn’t land was that they had also lost their vertical stabilizer, so they also had to deal with constant Dutch roll.

When the hydraulics fail, the control surfaces begin to live their own lives and the plane sways in all directions as it was with J123. So in real life the chances of such an outcome are very small.
