    Not sure if this is traditional in Trinidadian culture but I tried this dish with coconut milk and it came out delicious 🤤

      @@sarahbrower2453 wouldn’t regret it. I put half a cup but you can put it to taste. My wife prefers it more creamy so my last batch I put a whole cup and she loved it

      All curry dishes I add coconut milk, bhagee, baigan, pumpkin, bodi.... you get what I mean 😉

      Sher Dal Any pan will do. Use a pan according to how much curry you are making.

    Does it make a difference if you add green seasoning at the end of cooking instead?

      Not really, but it adds more flavor in if add it in the beginning. If you add in the end, it be more raw.
