My own personal opinion, cops kept picking on him for some odd reason. Cops have a history of doing that if you want to throw someone’s pass in their face. It happen to me several times and I didn’t even do anything wrong. The fact that McKay got pissed off and killed a police officer is wrong. However, harassing someone to the point they snap is wrong. They should’ve just leave him alone.
Ever been bear sprayed in the face at a distance of 4 inches? And if he could see why take a chance on micheal myers getting back up. Badge or no badge, how much terrorizing u willing to take
God it’s bizarre to listen to an audible ad in the middle of a recounting of this whole story. So far, so accurate. Though, as I recall Caleb grabbed the gun out (at Likos behest) post pepper-spray.
McKay was a dick. He hated anyone questioning his authority. Liko was an aggressive jerk. But he was a kid and this was such a tragedy because it really felt like he was starting to be a better guy. He didn’t get the chance. I’m a little surprised the direction the end of this went though because I remember the cops going out to Floyd’s property like, a month or so later? With heavy equipment looking for a body. It’s so weird that the suggestion is that McKay might have been involved.
Both podcasts were great this week! Thank you for always putting out such good content. I studied law enforcement in school and I have to agree 100% with that study. I went into my program being excited at the opportunity to help people and my classmates couldn't wait to bust their high school bullies for DUIs. It's all about that power over someone else for some of them.
Allen Ellsworth Crawlspace is covering the Brianna Maitland case right now. They had her father on this week, it was pretty interesting. There's quite a few videos on that channel right now. It's worth the listen.
Apparently nobody reads the police reports. Liko pursued the injured police officer across the street. So this cop, shot 4x ran for his life across the street, this kid chases him in a car and runs him over ... Def no accident.
You know I never understood why Americans needed guns, why there was Soo much animosity towards their government until I see videos like these then I get a good idea
Wow! I may be convinced McKay did do something to Maura. I think he just snapped and went too far. Listening to that lady scream at 47:10 was horrible and he wasn't even fazed in the least. Police or not..... that's disturbing.
This is an amazing video. You guys are doing stellar work. I haven't finished this episode yet. I'm at the 30 minute mark, but I had to comment ... this is a terrifying story, especially how quickly things can escalate into events you couldn't even imagine. And, because of that, and the timeframe between all of these murders, it just goes to show that anything could have happened to Maura before the police arrived from the phone call Butch made. Also, another thing that is scary is that Floyd apparently didn't seem nervous or scared. It was as if this was routine. Telling a person to pick up the gun, in order to possibly claim "self defense" is quick thinking. Those aren't normal thoughts for a casual person who gets into an accident or a mishap with an individual. I understand that his father was a former marine so that could also play a part in the entire situation of quick reacting, but still, it says something about the person and people this case revolved around.
He did not say pick up the gun just to shoot him he said go head pick up the gun because he did not no if he was a psycho or not like any other cop would do and when there more than two people in a car not to more than one in a car with a gun that the person just shot a cop he grab the cops gun shop the kid who had the gun and pointed the gun at the other kid and said go ahead pick up the gun I am faster than you do you said it to the kid not the cop but yes the father was messed up but this day Floyd was just coming back from shopping with his son as were driving they said they were slowing down because the cops were in the middle of the road and the cop random hit the kids carYou saw what was in the video but as soon as he took off Floyd ran over there grab the cops gun and shot soo no one else got shot his son ran to the police car and asked for help over the radio but Greg did have issues the son and wife r really nice
What are the chances that a crazy killer guy would happen along on this? Probably about the same as the chances that a crazy killer guy would happen along on Maura after an accident....insane
Lots of food for thought.... and this shines a lot of peripheral vision on this case.... Good job. PS. I am a person who lived with a cell phone from 1990 to about 2010 were cell phone service was mostly sketchy at best. If you were use to being in those areas you learned some techniques to obtain service when it seemed impossible to the naked thought. Some are totally unobtainable, but since Maura was a person who was use to hiking, she would be one who would know those techniques. Just a thought about her telling people she had called for help. Maybe she had.... maybe the call was intercepted......
Liko never made an arrangement with the police to have another officer present if he got pulled over. That's just a myth. He wanted that to be the case, but it wasn't.
When I first saw this episode, I was mildly annoyed and skipped it because I didn't feel it was related to Maura. However, after I read the article by Guerrilla Ontologist (who i think makes a lot of sense regarding her research and theories of the Maura Murray case) about how she may have linked Bruce McKay to being the 001 SUV there the night Maura disappeared. That made me want to pay more attention to this episode. Notice how McKay goes nose-to-nose with Liko's car, like he allegedly did with Maura's car (if he was there that night). Some have said this was because McKay was a bully and he was trying to assert dominance by doing that, but I see it as him positioning the dash cam in case something happens (as it inevitably did).
Either way, despite people's opinions that McKay got what he deserved, doesn't change the fact that Liko was pretty much an idiot as well, even turning a gun on McKay knowing full well he was going to jail for murder. Then again, I just checked the guy's obituary, he passed away years ago, and it wasn't long after he killed McKay, getting killed in return by a person who was around at the scene and used McKay's gun to shoot Liko. Apparently Liko had some anger problems that he couldn't overcome.
I've been following this podcast for a few weeks, now, and this episode was so... Insane... That I have been telling everyone I know about this story, and about Maura, and encouraging people to support you guys, and Fred Murray, and everyone and just generally spreading the word about this missing girl. One theory that I've had for a number of missing persons cases throughout the years was 'fugue'. It's unfortunately the scariest theory out there, in that, if Maura had developed a 'fugue' state, being a young adult, experiencing all of the things that have been stated happened to her leading up to her disappearance, etc., Maura Murray may not even know who Maura Murray is.
The mckay cop murdered murray, he was a narcisistic pyscopath devil...was close too the scene and disappeared while he was vanishing murray... This is obvious too me...What else would it be
Cop needed shooting. I hate to say that (because I'm retired LEO) but this guy was everything wrong with law enforcement. Especially as far as this subject was concerned... *keep your "hate" comments to yourself because this is simply my opinion *
So you express your opinion while telling others NOT to. IS that it? MY opinion is that criminal should have been neutralized in the FIRST police encounter in the snow. And I am NOT a LEO or ever HAVE been,
TO ME THIS IS WHAT THEY DID TO MAURA AND BRIANNA CAR'S. THOSE COPS TAKE DRIVING DEFENSIBLY COURSES, I FEEL BOTH WOMEN WERE HIT WITH THIS KIND OF MANEUVER, I FORGET WHAT WITNESS DROVE BY MAURA 'S 'SCENE. IT IS SAID THE COP VEHICLE I BELIEVE OO1 WAS FACE TO FACE WITH HER CAR ? THEY THINK THEY ARE GOD HERE AND THEY GET AWAY WITH MURDER.
there are some police that even now in 2020 don't even have lapel cameras. Using a dash camera is up to the discretion of the police in some cases. There may not exist any audio or video footage of maura's call
@@sirbader1 In the USA depending on which law enforcement you are talking about. county police and state police have different rules depending on the region. Almost nothing is mandatory in the USA for law enforcement besides basic rules of engagement and protocol. I am basing this on my own understanding of law enforcment when I witnessed their engagement with the public first hand. Beyond that I saw behind the scenes when I was employed at a magistrate court house. I cant speak for everyone, again this is my own personal experience.
@@franciscogonzales2123 Usually it starts out with departments that have lots of problems, so the officers dont really have a choice in those major departments, but you are right in that it varies. Godspeed my dude.
WOW!!! Bunch of really crazy people up in that small area. I've been vacationing up there and visiting my Aunt in Woodsville and Haverhill NH for 55 years now. I'm a little scared now.
I knew many years ago that New Hampshire and Vermont were very different. It was well known that one was wise not to attract the attention of New Hampshire police. Not necessarily because they were corrupt, but they had a reputation for being overly tough.
Don't want to sound like I'm starting anything but being someone that actually lives in new hampshire 603 the people in new hampshire are not as bad as we are made out to be don't get me wrong definitely like the show I've been hooked on it but every state has bad people in it we are just tight in are small communities up here do I think some crazy POS got her maybe idk what happened to her but take It easy on us people from New hampshire You would be surprised to find more people up here would help you out then hurt you
I remeber this the cop wasn't even aloud to pull him over without another cop he the kid had a restraining order on McKay from McKay harassing him I live like 15mins from the town
Take it all in context. We usually dont see routine peaceful traffic stops on camera because they dont result in death. We only see the bad ones either on the part of the cop or the motorist. However, when you are asked for I'd or to step out of the car why dont you just do so? I had a cop think I was drunk 9nce and wanted me to do the walk the line stand on one leg thing. I explained I was tired from being up front 5am to 2am. He didnt believe me. I even took a breathalyzer. I had nothing to hide. Cop let me go. I wasnt beaten taxed or shot. If you get a bad cop, comply and then go complain to the station. Demand to see the video and show where hey, I was cooperating, the cop is abusing his power on me.
Wow! I've said before I'll say it again, these cops aren't all there to serve and protect! I have been pulled over and harrassed by police men that wanted to ask too many questions and was inappropriate, Maura served herself up on a platter to this jerk if he were the one that showed up , I saw another video by a guy who had told the ones in charge to get McKay out of there because of all the things he was in question about, but they sat and did nothing.
What the fuck does something that happened three years after the dissapearance have to do with anything?Did they just take a day off from Maura Murray or what? I don't get it.
The cop has a right to touch you to arrest you, but that is it. To object is Resisting Arrest. If you don't deserve arrest it will have to be worked out later.
Liko had filed several complaints on McKay and so have many other towns people; McKay was a classic overzealous cop There should have been a formal complaint filed with the FBI. the police chief did nothing with the complaints. The police Chief was advised on several occasions that McKay should be removed. There were files of complaints buried from the public. The FBI web site encourages notification of local law enforcement harassment. They will investigate these matters.
Well I'm the minority. I have loved and still love this podcast however you're reaching. It seems trying to keep this podcast alive while bringing up fantastic possibilities. And you speak on law enforcement like you know what their SOP's are. You don't. I mean wow. I would have to literally listen to this again and make points on what all is "wrong" or that I disagree with. This used to be about Maura. Let's find Maura.
Before they are done it will turn out the entire town was behind this girl turning up missing. They are really reaching. The things people will do to make a buck these days.
it's real simple... The meaning of this podcastvideo was to bring light to the guy Floyd, and that he's a ruthless killer and he's nuts.. and so is quite possible he seen young pretty Maura walk-in near his property late at night, so why wouldn't he go up and harm her?
Also it was the bodie miller connection that is partly why this family thought they were hotshit. I went to plymouth state and worked the door at a bar and had a couple run ins with him. He was kind of a dick. A bit of a snap judgement i know but i wasnt the only one who thought that
The biggest problem: McKay ran over people and bullied people for several years and he ran into fire hydrant with Liko. Mckay called in for back ups and brutally arrested Liko for standing next to flag.
This was super interesting, however it seems a bit premature to say he is probably a 'psychopathic cop', having not even known the difference between it and psychosis just minutes ago.
His Hi Point .45 jammed, and I think Kenney wouldn't have expected Floyd to fire back with McKay's own service weapon and kill him just like that. Fatal mistake for both
Floyd did what a good citizen should have done . Your comment that he was hoping what happened would happen was a stupid comment . In 2011, I was in a Social Security office . A man started to stab a guard there . I was sitting in my chair waiting my turn to be waited on . This was happening behind me at the entrance door . I jumped up ran over and pulled the attacker off the guard as he was being stabbed . A SS employee came and helped me subdue the attacker . Was I glad this happened ???? Hell no !!!! And I'm sure Mr Floyd will have to live with taking a life . By the way, that attack happened in Danvlle, Va.
Wasn't there a dirt road where Maura's crash occurred which led directly to McKay's property? And hadn't he signed out and was unavailable for a couple of hours while technically on duty the night Maura went missing?
It's not a complaint, Sweet Suzy. If my memories are accurate then the info contained in the questions if accurate would be something that might bear fruit if looked into.
I feel your pain. The RUclips comment section in the last few weeks has been acting oddly. I have been following this case and was on the old Maura site fairly early on. If you are like me you have spent quite a bit of time on this case and want to passionately engage with people spouting nonsense. This can easily mean hitting the wrong reply button. Take care!

First time actually seeing what you guys look like! Very strange. Great episode! (My name is also Maura! Obviously, that is how I became interested in this case. Maura also disappeared on my birthday, Feb. 9th. I was also still currently living in Mass. at the time even though I was only about 6! All very strange.)
I watched Officer Mckay interact with the arrogant Liko Kenney, I say arrogant because he clearly had a chip on his shoulder. He yells at the cop you're not God you can't command me to do anything, you're not here to give orders you're here to serve and protect!! I think anyone who would sit and argue with the police when they're only asking for your ID or to sit back in your car is mental. I actually think Officer Mckay was PATIENT with Liko. Normally if you treat an officer with respect they will do the same to you. Liko sitting in his car off the side of the road in the dark was suspicious, a cop's job is to make sure people are safe and for all he knew the person could have been in trouble. Apparently Liko's own family was afraid of him, in 2003 his aunt Larisa Kenney sought a restraining order against him. She told the court Liko had frightened her by chain sawing trees near her cabin sending one crashing onto her roof as she slept. When she confronted him he exploded shouting, grabbing her and then following her on his ATV as she ran to safety at a relative's home. After Liko shot Mckay, Gregory Floyd, a passing motorist and ex-Marine (I think that's why he stuck around in the background in case there was trouble) who saw it all, grabbed McKay's gun and shot Kenney to death when he refused to put his gun down. Authorities quickly ruled the killing justified. Seems simple to me, Liko was not stable, actually dangerous, when you shoot a cop bad things are going to happen to you.
Bad cops go after people who don't stroke their ego. Once they get started riding someone they will never stop. They don't deserve to breathe. His bullying days were terminated.
First rule of encountering an adversary, never underestimate them. Always expect them to be strong. The officer assumed this guy was just a nut... but not a deadly one. Approached non lethal, used it, turned his back and then....police have to always expect the worse to stay alive. Let his guard down. Lesson to learn here.
So Floyd was not an officer?!So if he’s saying he’s a government agent of sorts and can’t speak of his involvement that doesn’t make him paranoid it makes him trying to be more important than he really is!!You guys could’ve laid this out a lot better to those of us who have no knowledge of this situation!!
I read or heard on a podcast that Mckay signaled Floyd to stay there as i witness. He was pretty far away in his truck unless Mckay had a loudhorn in his cruiser
Geez, everyone is at fault. No one tried to deescalate going back to the first Jan incident. Sure the kid was wrong, “sit back in the car”, cop could’ve acted differently. He was old to know better and supposedly mature enough. The end of the day, because of everyone stubbornness, they’re all dead. Lots of lessons to be learned!
Pigs kept fucking with him and he turned one of them into a pork chop lmao that’s what happens. I laugh my fucking ass off every time I watch the video of Liko killing that pig it really puts a smile on my face
I think you guys are off base with saying Floyd wanted likos friend to pick up the gun to murder him is WAY OFF BASE. Can you do me a favor and look at it through Floyd's eyes...He comes up on a scene where a law enforcement officer was just brutally shot and ran over by who he probably suspects are a couple violent criminals so he grabs the officers gun and stops Liko who was trying to unjamb his gun and after that he's probably yelling at the friend "Pick it up" as in pick it up, I dare you while holding him at gunpoint waiting for police to arrive. He has no idea his friend is totally innocent and has no back story between liko and the officer. He just stumbled upon a scene where a police officer was violently murdered and to be honest he was a hero in my eyes if you look at it in the moment. I have a really hard time with how you painted him out to be a murderous thug looking for a reason to kill someone looking at it in hindsight with all the facts that weren't known at the time. I can exactly see why he said what he said in the heat of the moment. Essentially letting the other party in the car know that if he was gonna pick that gun up he was gonna be a dead man too. You're way off base with your villainizing of Floyd
At 15:01, It appears that Liko Kenney is flipping off Bruce McKay here. He's holding up his hand as if to say. "fuck you." They were both, at this point, ready to fire. Unusual situation to say the least.
re: Bruce McKay's traffic stop with Sarah. Audio and video are awful, and comments are disabled. Anyone know why the thug with a badge stopped her? And what happened afterward?
Terrific reasonings and deductions from you all. I'm in a situation where I may be dealing with some cops suffering from psychopathy! Myself and fiancé and k9 were all assaulted by a team of rabid dogs (cops) who were immediately on scene in a set up execution style and from the video we took you can almost tell that's what they may have had in mind... This is the first time in my entire life that i have ever seen or been beaten by police for a mere clerical error between two state agencies ! (No fault of my own) They did not care to investigate the issue, and this is not the first time a clerical error has resulted in my false arrest ! What's worse is I believe I know one of the responding abusive officers from another town ! And I believe they may have been watching me for a few months drop my fiancé off at work, But this particular morning the blizzard had us running extra late and influenced me to take a different route... & I think they were hoping I was alone and she was at work ! The entire assault took less than 12 min, backup was in route before the cop got to my window ! I'm not supporting the murder of cops. But I can definitely understand the fear and actions one might take to protect themselves! especially after bumping into such a violent and socially detached, morally bankrupt bunch of animals.
also there's a video nobody shows from the back of McKay's car and liko is schooling him on his 4th amendments it's a 10 min video there were also some pretty sketch pictures from the shooting scene nobody seemed to investigate just turned a blind eye
Gee, it would appear that there is no avoiding this video. It appears that the first attack was by the police officer. He looked like he was going to return to the car and perhaps circle back around or leave so that a buddy stationed elsewhere could then move in. Else, I can't figure why he just walked up, sprayed and then turned away. It looks like periodic abuse of authority and long term harassment and the other guy finally snapped.
Great Video!!!! Very interesting, I've always had the feeling an officer was involved in Mauras disappearance, now that I've seen this, too many dots connect for me!! What are the odds that the two mens names would be connected in such a way!! I find it difficult to believe this to be just a coincidence!!! I definitely do not believe Greg Floyd just happened upon the Liko Kenney incident!! And, c'mon, like you all have said, what freaking bystander is going to react like that!!! Shit, most people won't assist in a minor traffic collision & thats the reaction Greg Floyd has to seeing an officer shot!! YES, Definitely speaks volumes to his character!!!!
Well , two wrongs you know. The cop seems to have been an ass, but you don’t have the right to shoot someone in the back because they pepper spray you. The marine should have been charged with murder. He had no authority or right to shoot someone.
Floyd was coming back from shopping and yes he had probs and some of your stuff you are saying is not true he got arrested for a warrant the wife and me not me his son are nothing like him the wife and son helped me out so much those to were really nice and cool
Question… could the dent on Maura’s hood gotten there because McKay pushed her car like he did to Liko’s ? Could explain witness 1 testimony that she saw the cop car nose to nose with Maura’s?
You have got to start it and end it with the first officer on the scene. That is what happened, I would go to my grave betting on that. One or two football fields of walking, especially if she was buzzed, she would have collapsed for hypothermia and exhaustion. SOMETHING HAPPENED TO THE BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY AT THE SCENE OF THIS ACCIDENT, THE COP IN THE SUV NEEDS TO BE INTERREGATED, WATER BOARDED, WHATEVER THE F--K IT TAKES. HE KNOWS WHAT HE DID!!!!!
Yeah that was a fatal mistake. So was asking the judge to go easy on him. Cop really didnt deserve that. Kenney was a loser and deserved what he got though.

Wow I knew nothing about this case until now,And this officer should’ve used some de-escalation skills to say look we got off to a bad start,Let’s start over etc,But instead he tried to forcefully impose his will(illegally might I add)this could’ve all been avoided if the officer chose a different approach to the first and second involvement with Liko,Both could’ve and should’ve used a more politically correct approach!!This is just absolutely horrible,Also if Liko had an arrangement that any other officer BUT Mackay this maybe never happens or at least if the department honored this arrangement!!

McKay is dead, ty leeko, this cop is the definition of a pig. I can only hope his suffering was epic, just for his betrayal of his oath. the problem of police over reach and ignorance of our common law is rampant. we have a deliberately set up system that flips the first power of servant, master, by the codification of our common law. people must educate themselves about the crime of government usurpation, and anyone who desires to become a cop, expect to get confronted, because more and more people are learning their common law rights, and are already angry about what the government has done. getting back to McKay, thank goodness he was killed before he could terrorize anyone else. I think we need a comprehensive education program from coast to coast, both in our schools and our police academies about the fact that we are a common law country, the common law applies to the people, and we have a constitutional republican form of government that was written to fence in the authority of government. or wasn't written to deliniate people's rights, it was written for our servants as a blueprint of lines not to be crossed.and the common law is simple enough for even the most uneducated person to understand, if you cause no harm injury or loss, you have not committed a crime. the real criminals here in America, are the ignorant servants of the people. there is a reason why and how this happened to America, that I won't discuss here. but I urge everyone to learn as much as they can about the gift of common law our forefathers gave to us, so that tragedies like this can never happen again. may the evil, greedy bastards, of Jekyll island, burn in hell forever for setting this whole codification of law upon our free shores, and creating this corrupt monster we all must deal with every day, the corporation named the United States, that puts every American life in jeapordy every waking moment. I pray we can turn this around.....
Considering Liko died shortly after that incident, that guy wasn't doing anybody favors but himself. And his actions got him killed not too long after. I didn't even know until later than instead of being in jail like I thought at first, he was killed by a man who was around at the area at the time. I will agree that some things in the police force have to focus in committing to change for the better.
Cop should have called for backup yes. As far as the hippie punk, I have read if you are unsure of a cop, call 911 and tell them where you are. I'm being pulled over on main street and elm, there is a cop here I am uncomfortable with, can you verify he is real or send another cop? Might piss off the original cop but it documents yourbehavior. Yelling at cops they have no right to pull you over or pull you out of your car makes youlook worse.
the biggest problemm with Mckay, his overzealous behavior placed his fellow officers in harm's way; the chief should have fired him a long ago.
I understand that his father was a former marine so that could also play a part in the entire situation of quick reacting, but still, it says something about the person and people this case revolved around.
Oh, this is the uploader that censors most of the dissenting opinions in his videos about this incident.
Dang, that was a heck of a show I tell you what, great job
Yeupp
Wouldn't we be able to know which officer responded to Murrays abandoned car? They should have that on record right!?
Alyssa Hauck goood insight, yes possible! !
Aly Danielle fugue state is Lyme disease plus ( c.i.r.s.)

So you express your opinion while telling others NOT to. IS that it? MY opinion is that criminal should have been neutralized in the FIRST police encounter in the snow. And I am NOT a LEO or ever HAVE been,
TO ME THIS IS WHAT THEY DID TO MAURA AND BRIANNA CAR'S. hmmm if this was 2003, wheres the footage and audio from the police vehicles the night maura went missing? i say the police release them
there are some police that even now in 2020 don't even have lapel cameras. Using a dash camera is up to the discretion of the police in some cases. There may not exist any audio or video footage of maura's call

apparently, McKay really enjoyed using pepper spray. if you will notice in video, it looks like a routine thing for him.
Liko Kenney brought the Police Car Chase Videos on the Map.
The cop has a right to touch you to arrest you, but that is it. To object is Resisting Arrest. If you don't deserve arrest it will have to be worked out later.
How about getting a seat belt ticket while you're sitting on a parking lot that's a good one yes I've heard of that happening.
@30:47 You are not a Marine, which means you are not a trained killer, so what you would do is not on the map as a relevant response.
Damn, right... Only Marines have the right to say what they would do in situations.
You sort of sound like a total douche.
Good cops don't act like that, I'm disgusted. PROTECT AND SERVE
Looks like the cop got what he deserved.

A bit of a snap judgement i know but i wasnt the only one who thought that
What bar? Lucky dog? Jigger Johnsons? I spent a good chunk of years in Plymouth. Love that town, I really do.

Liko had a gun and couldn't defend himself against the person that murdered him, I wonder why maybe he already ran out of ammo?!
His Hi Point .45 jammed, and I think Kenney wouldn't have expected Floyd to fire back with McKay's own service weapon and kill him just like that. Fatal mistake for both
Liko was giving him the finger

First time actually seeing what you guys look like! Very strange. Great episode!
(My name is also Maura! Obviously, that is how I became interested in this case. Maura also disappeared on my birthday, Feb. 9th. I was also still currently living in Mass. at the time even though I was only about 6! All very strange.)
Maura Sieber Damn that is strange but then again this whole story is strange
The Silverado passed the initial stop
Minute 1:42
You should do a story about Carl Drega from Colebrook New Hampshire
Suspected DUI.
(No fault of my own)
They did not care to investigate the issue, and this is not the first time a clerical error has resulted in my false arrest !
What's worse is I believe I know one of the responding abusive officers from another town !
And I believe they may have been watching me for a few months drop my fiancé off at work,
But this particular morning the blizzard had us running extra late and influenced me to take a different route...
When's the big day?

Gee, it would appear that there is no avoiding this video. It appears that the first attack was by the police officer. He looked like he was going to return to the car and perhaps circle back around or leave so that a buddy stationed elsewhere could then move in. Else, I can't figure why he just walked up, sprayed and then turned away. It looks like periodic abuse of authority and long term harassment and the other guy finally snapped.
That cop was an abusive stalker.

This is so horribly put together. A confusing puzzle because you guys fail to outline the whole picture. And not discussing Murry from the start.
You have got to start it and end it with the first officer on the scene. That is what happened, I would go to my grave betting on that.
Why the hell didn't he call for backup?
Cop should have called for backup yes. As far as the hippie punk, I have read if you are unsure of a cop, call 911 and tell them where you are.
