  • In response to the popularity of our Adventurer's Arsenal Kickstarter campaign, we decided to create a special, highly limited version of the Master Vault. We're proud to unveil the Wyrmwood Master Vault: Gaia Edition.
The marquetry inlay displayed here features a purple coneflower, but backers will be able to choose any flower they like, and Wyrmwood will design and inlay it into a Master Vault. Crafted individually from natural materials, each Gaia Edition - like a single flower in nature - will be a one-of-a-kind work of art.

The video and commentary are amazing. I want more of these for the other future kickstarters.

Yeah, it would be awesome to see more of the actual crafting. Bobby`s edits are fun in all, but you`re a company of master crafters, and you`re bound to attract a lot aspiring crafters. That`s why I`m here, at least, and I would love to see more of the actual work :)

Way better compared to the old method. The lines are so crisp and clean. Quarantine continues.

Thanks so much for your work. I became a scroll fan after watching a fellow at our local county fair. He does beautiful marquetry also. I am a novice but still very much interested in all facets of the scroll saw. I will be following your channel.

I see that you identified the brand of finish way back in the comments but I find that when searching for that finish, they have more than one. Can you possibly add the product number? There is quite a price disparity between different vendors so I'm trying to make sure I am ordering the correct one. Some are listed as paint. Others aren't.
Thank you for your time and for a great video.

What size blade did you use and what was the angle that you tilted the table? Thanks and wonderful job...

What is the liquid you wipe on the piece at the end? And what is the purpose of this step?
Also this was really well done. 😄

Looks like boiled linseed oil or something similar.Typically, this is to protect and seal the wood. Boiled linseed oil does not offer as much protection as a polyurethane stain, but it does bring out the natural colors of the wood more rather than transfer it's own color like a stain. (There are tons of resources online to learn more. I'm just starting to learn myself because of watching this video)
