FACT: You do the best scenery on the internet - period.
3 places!?!
#1. Anyplace
#2. Anytime
#3. With anyone!!
And still the good old corn fields! LoL
Your ability to edit video and put a voice over it is superb. I can only imagine how long this vid took to make. Very well done man. I really enjoyed it. I'd like to do that Alpine loop this summer.
Agreed... amazing cinematography....👍😎🍇🎊😀
Amazing, all this places just leave me breathless..thanks for sharing this beautiful scenes with us!!
thank you for always having such inspirational videos! awesome thought, knowledge and breathe taking views! i wish we have something of that caliber here where i am from. so jelous!
Awesome footage as Always... really enjoyed watching @lovetoride
This has to be one of the best videos i have seen for a long time. The quality and substance is excellent. If i never lived so far away i would be there now exploring these with you! awesome stuff!
Great video, love those views! My favorite place to ride: all of Idaho!
Top shelf compilation of your personal favorites and appreciate the narration explaining your choices. You live near a dual sport playground with all those varied trails. Keep up the great work of advancing dual sporting.
I love riding my ATV, but I also love watching you videos!! Very good mood and attitude man...
another great video i dont believe how easy and comfortable you make your videos sound i like some of the single tracks up in the middle of utah although some get pretty busy and some desert riding is always fun and ten mile is always a great ride
Great video Tyler, can't wait to join you next month for a week of riding in paradise! Counting the days!!
I love my home area here in Northern California out of Redding. In the spring and fall we have the ohv park, and the mountains around us are mostly open. Winter time i just switch to the snowmobile and ride Latour state forest which i love all year round.
Man you live near such beautiful places...I’m jealous!!! I love your videos with the scenery along with some great dirt biking! Keep em coming. Great job!!
My father -in-law grew up in Moab and would take us on all of the much lesser known trails, it was awesome! He has now moved to St George and after watching your videos, I am really glad he did!
Love your videos. Thank you for sharing
Another OUTSTANDING eveRide ADV Spectacular! Super Awesome!!!
Man i love this channel and especially the man behind the camera... You are not like other riders and your videos are different, entertaining, and actually i can just listen to it and il love ewery second of it... Keep em comeing couse i love ewerything you do for these videos
eveRide, I'm finally in St. George on my 1200GS and I'm so glad I found this video - I'm sure I've seen it many times. But this time I was trying to figure out where to ride while here and your advice is exactly what I needed to hear. Earlier today I was out on Bear Claw Poppy (or whatever it's called) after stressing about not knowing the best trails for my GS, and I had a fantastic time! Just went wherever it looked interesting and tried not to ride over anything I couldn't do in the other direction. Cant wait to get back out again tomorrow, especially knowing the best strategy is no strategy at all!!! Very ZEN!
I have been watching for years and this will be my first comment. North Carolina born and raised. Lucky to have a small farm that I have been riding sense a kid. Other than that local power line trails and dropping down in SC where there is less posted property/paved roads. Hoping to get out to the mountains of NC this spring and get to exploring!
Best videos I have ever seen. Thank you for all of your hard work. It has inspired myself and many others around me to get out and explore.
1971Chevyc10truck, I'm from NC as well, and from a farm and been on two wheels since I was 10...mostly dirt while a kid though. I'll be in the mountains in two weeks. Going to lead a retiring family member through the Dragon, Cherohola Skyway, Moonshiner 28, and others. Hopefully the weather will cooperate. I realize we're starting early for the season but availability is an issue. I'm visiting the outer banks now and the weather has been terrible for riding. This series of storms has just destroyed any riding options. But, that's the way it goes sometimes. Anyway, I completely agree with your assessment, Tyler is an inspired and inspiring content creator.
Another great vid. I especially like your use of the 'classic' eveRide theme music in the SW Utah segment. I don't have three favorites yet since I'm such a noob - only ridden Rampart Range...but I'm gearin' up!.
Loved it!!! Hey bud, you gotta come back to BC. Mountains, lakes, rivers and trails...oh the trails!!
Another radical vid, thank you my dude!
Great video evRide! I live in CO, on the UT border - 2 wheel life doesn't get much better than right here at home.
We did a seven day Great Basin Ride through Northern Nevada, Northern California, Southern Oregon, Southern Idaho then back down Northern Nevada. You get High Desert, dry lake beds, Rivers, High Alpine riding and wilderness. A little bit of everything. If you want to see the high desert green plan a early May trip. It's awesome!!
Awesome! Beautiful areas.
My best dual-sport rides in the PNW have been when I got lost on forest roads. At first I worried about getting lost now I know it is what makes exploring fun.
Your commentary reminds me of Warren Miller's ski films. Keep up the good work!
One of my favorite quotes from him, “If you don’t do it this year, you’ll be one year older when you do.” I feel it fit Dual sport/ Adventure riding well.
"Want your ski? ...go get it!"
Super Edit! Highlight of my evening.
I love seeing your images, and all the following drone shots, and your commentary too, but... the music. Well, I can't have everything.
Great stuff man, keep it up.
Great
as always. I really like the comparison to restaurants
I just moved to St George this year and I have my first dual sport arriving in August. Can't wait to explore!
Tyler - just as I would expect from you - Awesome Video as usual. Never disappointed with your vids.
Another amazing video. The fact that you don't have 10X more subs given the content and quality you continuously produce for the ADV/DS community is absolutely beyond me. Injustice aside, I loved your description of Moab; couldn't agree more. Cheers.
Yay! Another EveRide video! You made my day Tyler....
this was like watching a documentary! outstanding ! thank you!!
It is literally do to this channel that I scraped together five hundred bucks and bought a dual sport that I'm currently restoring as a 2nd bike. Your videos completely changed how I look at dual sports. Thanks Tyler
1. Danskin-Blacks creek, Idaho
2. Winom Fraser complex, Ukiah ,Oregon
3. Green River, Utah.
Keep up the great work! Simply incredible!!!
Utah is my all time favorite area to ride, and northern AZ. I have followed your videos for years and can't say anything but Awesome work! Maybe one day we may meet up, out in it!
Texas Hill Country, Big Bend Area, and the coastal area near Galveston! Awesome Video!
Northern California:
Mendocino National Forest,
Cow Mountain BLM Recreation Area
"The Lost Coast" (Usal Rd, Shelter Cove & King Range)
Sheetiron 300!! Love me some Stonyford.
1. St.George
2. Moab
3. San Rafael Swell
Thanks for the awesome video man! Hope to see you out on the trail one day!
Damn.. love any Everide video...!!! Hope to be there some day...
Another great video. I live in south east Indiana where everything is private property but there are a few places we venture to. The local stone cories are fun and bonnel road. And if course my own trails.
Now that's what I'm talking about thank you Tyler!
Fantastic video and great subject. I feel at a loss for not having any locations to add to the discussion. I have ridden in Colorado but mostly on road excursions. I've been through St. George on my KLR a couple of times but it was just passing through. And I've ridden Moab on my KLR once, think it was the 6-mile loop. Fun and very hot as it was in July. All locations need further exploration but I love going anywhere to explore just what might be around the next bend.
1. I'm so glad to be a 'producer' here.
2. These vids are my retreat during long days at the office. I'm grateful for that :)
3.Favorite places for me are Mt. Carmel, Ramon and our own backyard of fields where we grow wheat and Avocado.
Yet another awesome video! I bet you hear it often but I do hope to get to riding with you someday. I'm from Western Washington, so...
1. Walker Valley ORV
2. Capitol Forrest ORV
3. Washington BDR
4. (Bonus) Touratech Rally in Leavenworth and all the trails in the surrounding mountains.
Tyler, really great video I was drooling looking at those epic mountains. I always wanted to visit Utah its not that far from Cali, maybe this summer. I do single track dirt bike riding, most of my riding is in San Bernardino forest in Cali, nice single tracks and something little more challenging as well.
You are doing really good job editing the videos, all the different shots, angles, drone, a lot of work!
Just caught your channel, gonna have to subscribe. I live in San Bernardino and best local riding is not too far. Have you tried Badlands between Moreno Valley and Beaumont?
Great analogies!
Keep up the good work man.
#1 several trails in rampart range( notably the 717) they offer a range of all kinds of trails from single track to fire roads.
#2 trails in the leadville/Buena Vista valley. A lot start off tame but end up in some really gnarly stuff but the reward is being on top of a 14k mountain overlooking everything. You get a (I'm on top of the world) feeling once you finally get to the top.
#3 trails in Moab. While I have never looked at a trail guide for Moab it is advised if you are a beginner. I have got my self in to some really hairy trails alone in the summer and not enough water. Notably one excursion over Harrah pass and down into some side trail. Luckily when I felt I was about to collapse I finally got back to the "outpost" house that's on the other side of hurrah pass. Luckily he gave me and my girlfriend some cold water and said he was going to come looking for us because I was not on a bike that was "suitable" for that kind of terrain. Guess he doubted my klr650 skills ;)
I love all the videos everywhere you go out there. It's a Smorgasbord for riding I'm so jealous
Favorites out of state are St. George and Moab. Favorites near me (east Texas) are Marble Falls near Austin, Red River north of Dallas and the Sam Houston Forest -- when its open.
Holy cow. So happy I found your channel. I’m about to get a dual sport and I live in Utah haha.
Beautiful country! I'm looking forward to riding your backyard someday soon. Thanks for the tips on when to avoid the mass crowds. I ride to get away from it all, Well pretty much the reason most of us dual sport riders ride, Go out and explore new worlds, and get lost. Your backyard looks like Mars to me. I live on the northern coast of Washington state. The Cascade mountain range is a 30 minute ride east from my home.Total complete opposite, 180 degree difference from your home terrain. My Happy Place, Its Beautiful.I hope you get the chance to experience it on a bike someday. Happy Trails!!
The best part of dual sport is that my wife now joins me. Your videos encouraged her to go to Moab this last spring with me. Two 80 mile rides together on her klx230 that she really enjoys. Once you started, if she gave me 20 miles it was a good day. Yesterday we picked up a 2020 FE350s for her and she's so excited. So she's ready for more power! Maybe St George this winter?
Awesome video!! I've been riding around the world for a few years and my favorites are as follows...judged on the people I've met, the scenery and - 1. The Cardamom Jungle in Cambodia ; 2. A loop from Istanbul consisting mostly of the Med coast of Turkey and if you can include Cappadocia ; 2.5. The NE of India, specifically Assam and the "Seven Sisters" ; 3. New Zealand...North or South Island, you can't go wrong!! I did all these solo without a guide and only knowing "please, thank you and I'm sorry" in the local languages. ADV ON!!
Really enjoyed "the Ride" , the comparison with Restaurants was perfect and apt. That scenery though, it's Nat Geo quality, some incredible places to explore... Some good places here on Southern Vancouver Island, but my favourite places are in Northern British Columbia, where the wilderness is so vast and unpopulated. Looking forward to this year's pilgrimage in August. Hope to get in some time in the Stikine River Area.
Dude you are awesome. Thank you for everything! Maybe I’ll see you in St. George next week, I’m going to park at Ft. Pearce and get lost
I'm with you, Moab is one of the nicest places on Earth with a variety of trails. I live in Dallas and have gone to Moab 6 times. Also, totally agree with the Alpine loop in Colorado. I have stayed on mineral creek near Silverton several times. One thing many of those trails are very difficult and dangerous but well worth it. The other place I have been is Big Bend National park and it is scenic, not too demanding and the trails are rarely very crowded but many of them are sandy and loose which can be sketchy on a dual sport. I love to ride!
That's it... we're coming up!
live on brother enjoy your adventure
Great video. From where I am in San Diego, we have great desert spots - Ocotillo Wells, Painted Gorge in Ocotillo, many others, several mountain areas 1 - 3 hours north that are usually not too hot in summer and still 2 real fun trails foothill riding areas that believe it or not, are uncrowned right in the middle of massive population centers.
Ridden the 3 you like, and agree. I like the waterfall/swimming hole out of Toquerville. I'll add 3 more, Mammoth/Bishop, Downieville/Buttes, and Jawbone/Piutes areas, all in California. Excellent intermediate dual sport trails and roads.
Being fairly new to dualsport riding, I can say I love riding in:
- Cherokee National Forest, TN & NC
- Chilhowee National Forest, TN
- Cohutta Wilderness, GA
Might have to check those out, not far away from pa
I'm in copperhill, so we have to be close
That to me is heaven! I'm extremely envious and thank u..beautiful!
I always love my hometown St George there's awesome stuff here I think it's one of the best places to live for writing. I do however like up north by Salt Lake Area Kraig and I have only been there a few times but it's really fun beautiful
Garrett Wastlund I'm from Mesquite, NV and the only riding I've done toward St. George is the long ride that takes you through Lime Kiln. Gorgeous ride if you're brave and have a whole day for riding 😆
Carlos Gomez I don't think I've ever done that one
I feel that I am as fortunate as you to live so close to so
many great riding areas. The Farmington NM area not only has the Glade OHV
park, Dunes OHV park, and several million acres of BLM and National Forest
lands to get lost in. I’m less than 1.5 pavement miles to thousands of miles of
trails, or about an hour to your Alpine loop or jeep trails in the La Plata and
San Juan mountains of SW Colorado. It must be less well known because I rarely
see another vehicle.
Done 2 of the 3, now just gotta make my way down to St. George. 😉 Ever done top of the world in Moab? My favorite view I've seen from Moab by far. Keep up the great work, Tyler.
Tucson, AZ. This time of year, it's hard to find anything as fun or challenging (based on your choices) along with some amazing views than Reddington Pass. You can even find it using the gewgul masheen. You will need to ride for about 30 minutes to get away from the glampers. But at that point you almost have the park to yourself. It should also be noted that there are many make shift shooting ranges for those first thirty minutes as well.
Excellent!
1: Chapman's Peak and Clarence Drive - Mountain on one side, the ocean on the other, nice flow to the turns and scenery for days
2: Bain's Kloof, Du Toit's Kloof, Franschoek Pass - spectacular mountain passes, and awesome roads for a sneaky ride in winter after rain with spectacular waterfalls
3: R62 if you have a few days for a longer ride - the main route is the best ride between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth, and the tar and dirt mountain passes the branch off are incredible riding experiences.
nice vid man!!!!!! I ride a Yamaha XT 350 I travel from the Ranch to a another town ( aprox 125 miles one way) catch local entertainment get a good meal and a good sleep in a motel however....I pack supplies with me in case I am sleeping out in the bush for the night....
Your powers continue to grow stronger young Padowan! Excellent of the drone footage man, seamless editing, I loved this one plus my fluorescent cheetah print is in this - yay! As far as my favorite riding areas, I'd have to go with Glamis/Gordon's Well/Buttercup sand dunes, I have had some of the greatest adventures of my life in that dune system - I warped the center case seal on a KTM 520SX out there during one summer night ride. Next would be Sycamore riding area just north of Phoenix, AZ., I grew up riding out there, there are trails leading literally everywhere and the entire area is beautiful. Lastly I would recommend the "Four Corners" riding area in the mountains just east of San Diego, Ca, there are many fun and fairly technical trails out there although I don't know what Side by Sides may have done to the area.
Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful 👍👍
wooooaaaahhh Sunshine!!! Dat be all da' good stuff!!
Utah has so many cool places.
I agree with these places :p. I haveyet to go to that area in colorado, though.
For the first 12 years I rode almost exclusively in the Tahoe National Forest between Reno NV and Hwy 89, and I never ran out of trails.
moab is great in august, no matter how hot it might be, its cooler than where im coming from, and not much opposing backcountry traffic, down south the beef basin and manti la sal is the highlight to me.
Texas Hill Country - Marble Falls. I'm a big fan of your channel. :)
1. Anza Borrego
2. Kern Plateau
3. San Bernadino Mtns. and surrounding desert.
Ok 3-1/2 Ride On!
Borrego is my happy place. Love it out there.
@@leyhuezeyhur1440 Hey what's your favorite routes in AB? looking forward to do a full 2 days of riding there.
My favorite in Washington State is Elfendahl Pass at Tahuya ORV park on the Olympic Peninsula.
nice video as always
In the spring when it's green, Central and SW Texas can be pretty stellar.
I live in Phoenix, Arizona. I love to practice at Wildcat Pass, a small dirt bike playground in North Scottsdale / Carefree. Local dual sport riders often go riding up and over Four Peaks to Roosevelt Lake, then back to civilization via Apache Trail. Another ride local riders often take is the backroad to Crown King.
Yeah did the Crown King run in a 4x4 almost killed me, much better for bike ride.
Stimpy's Garage how long is the ride over 4 peaks? Does it start in Scottsdale?
Wow just WOW! 😍🤩
All of the forest service roads around Squamish, BC, Canada up to Pemberton, BC. Tons of roads to explore on the BC west coast. Love it here!
How do you find the FSRs? Any one you'd point out to a novice? Few of my friends looking to get into offroading near there!
Hey raeneshadow, glad to see some locals on here! If you follow the Sea To Sky highway on Google Maps; pretty much any road off the highway is or turns into a forest service road. An easy but more of a nice drive is the Squamish Valley FSR. Accessed through the north end of Squamish near Paradise Valley. One of my favourites is the Brandywine Valley FSR. It's located closer towards Whistler. Watch for signs for Callaghan Valley. There is a new road they paved up to Callaghan for the 2010 Olympics. Can't miss it. The Brandywine Valley has a few offshoots from the main road. The main road that leads up to the start to the Brandywine Meadows hiking trail has some wicked views on Mt. Fee and it's sister peaks. I spend all my weekends hiking around in the Brandywine and Callaghan Valleys for the most part. Incredible area!
Thanks for this info @Snow Peak. Will be checking out these areas this year!👍
Hey you're welcome 604Bluelight! Maybe I'll see you on the trails! I've spent my time exploring these roads in a 4WD but I bought a DRZ400sm (on knobbies) last year. I'll be now spending most of my time on 2 wheels from now on!
@@snowpeaky Any of these areas but good riding in early May? How is the snow situation???
I wouldn't call them "favorite" riding areas, but I spent five years in Oregon and there's some great riding up there in the trees. Another place I'm dying to return to is Montana. I spent a year there riding around the Helena National Forest and it was awesome. I'm in the Phoenix area right now so I may have to come up and try some of your St. George trails this winter!
Wow. Awesome
1, Velebit, Croatia and not too far from the Adriatic sea.
2, Medvednica, Croatia beautiful and ancient forests.
3, Lake District United Kingdom.
Saving the pennies to try and do the Trans Euro Trail from Southern Europe to Northern Scotland ( Hey I can dream cant I? :-)
That is a dream to ride that area one day.
1 - My country Portugal.
2 - Every country I can get to.
3- A ride with Tyler EveRide.
Great video! I’m new to dual sport and live in Colorado Springs, CO. Anyone have some good tips on trails in the area or others in the state?
I feel like a Reckluse clutch would greatly benefit you and the places you ride. I purchased one for racing, however I wont own a bike without it again no more stalling or stiff clutch problems and it allows you to lug the bike like crazy. Very exspensive now compared to when they first came out but still worth every penny. Check it em out! Oh it will deff keep that 450x from stalling anymore so bye bye to those days you can start off in 3rd gear from a complete stop just throttle it will lug it out.
Damn feel like I need to go to St George 🔥👌
You should make a top ten video of awesome places!
All the forestry roads in the Columbia valley between Golden and Radium BC!
I really want to ride any of them, all of them heck I’d be happy with just one.
Just bought a KLR because of you!!!!!
