I grew up in Jack and Jill and I loved it. These denouncing videos are going too far. Seems like people are trying to tear down all Black organizations.
The target is not “all” black organizations just the ones which commit idolatry against God. There are plenty of other black organizations which are pleasing to God. Be not deceived! You don’t have to offend God to serve people.
Growing up as a JW I never heard of this organization. I also never knew anyone J&J. What I am saying is Black people with money seem easier to bend to the Will of Lucifer. Or a certain caliber of Black peoples I should say. How many in J&J after all those rituals and spending all that money go into the grave soulless and completely corrupted? As a former member of Jack and Jill, whose mother was the president, read the bylaws, read the history, had the granddaughter of one of the founders in my chapter and sat in on the meetings myself. I’m here to tell you that you’re wrong. I’ve read your copy and pasted responses and I’ve realized you are egotistical and can’t accept you’re wrong. I’m sorry you don’t understand what Jack and Jill is but don’t say God told you to do this. You don’t have to do all this to get away from J&J. You can just literally say “I don’t want to be a member anymore” and they’ll gladly let you go. They don’t hold ceremonies for the dead, we didn’t have a hymn book and if they do now, those hymns are from a church you’ve been too. So that might be something you need to pray about. If you look at the history of your faith and some of the items in your denomination, you will find components that can justify renouncing if you hyper focus on them and not understand the context. So this is an effort of futile. Just here for attention by focusing on organizations that have brand awareness. For that reason, I denounced this video and you.

Pastor...since Doctors take the Hypocratic Oath which was taken from the Greeks who worshipped false idols, does this mean the medical profession is next up to be denounced and renounced?
I am not and unsure the reasoning for your question. But I'm a degreed man as yourself so I would hope a few letters behind my name would not diminish the integrity of this discussion. I have studied it in several translations, as well as its original Greek translation which calls upon the god Apollo. I would assume you may also find issue with the symbolism of the caduceus as well but that's another topic in and of itself. I'm also no one's pastor-but you are. And since you heard from God on this subject of renouncing and denouncing organizations that have idolization issues with God in relation to their affiliations with false Greek gods, you would be the best authority on the issue of the Hippocratic Oath and denouncing/renouncing medical professionals-even though you may or may not be a Dr. I have no negative feeling or response from God on this issue which is why I asked you to begin with. I understand your mind is having a hard time hearing what God has said. The meaning of denouncing is to publicly declare something as evil. Me and my family were in Jack n Jill however my wife and children were far more involved then I was. In any case, God is the one who revealed all of this to me. Pride is a horrible thing to have active in our lives. It is this evil spirit which keeps our hearts from humbling ourselves before God. It is this same spirit sent by Satan to destroy us. So you denounced Omega Psi Phi, Jack and Jill, and other fraternal organizations because of the deep ties it has to the Masonic order and the rituals thereof to some degree. You also spoke a few months ago in the comments about you leaving Omega, that you would not take money from any organizations of the such as well...So tell me, how do you reconcile tithes and offerings? It is a walk and I learned to let him tell me what is pleasing and what is not. So I don't have a thought about any of the things you have mentioned and God has not told about those things yet. I can't deny the truth you feel God led you to Pastor. That is between you and the Almighty. But I look at it from the perspective of John 16:13 "When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into ALL the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come." And if we aren't willing to denounce/renounce those things which would mean they are at a deeper and more pervasive level and would create havoc in our lives if we did do away with them, then are we truly not studying and showing approval with the talents the Master gave us in the parable-thus tearing down and villifying institutions that has done nothing but to try and create some level or equality and justice for our people. You are making an assumption that truth for me has stopped with this related topic which is not true. I am still studying this topic among other things. We both have the same mission. I don’t want to give you the impression God doesn’t deal with me about other things related to this as he does. It just may not be the exact same thing you are looking at right now. Indeed the Spirit of God is leading all us into “All” truths. We may not all be taking to same classes and on the same topics at the same time. I had the privilege of being a part of the inaugural chapter in our city and even served as vice president at one point. I distinctly recall taking an oath and participating in a special ritual or ceremony when I joined the organization. The meetings were also memorable. However, my stance remains unchanged. Mr. Arbuckle never denied the positive contributions of Jack and Jill to the black community and children. Instead, he addressed the root of the organization and the potential for deception within it. It is important to remember that deception can manifest even in seemingly benevolent endeavors.

Exactly! I agree with you. I am a proud alumni of J&J my mom said it was one of the best investments she made for her children. My husband and I never had children so I was unable to do legacy membership, but it was a huge benefit to my life.

It’s crazy to see Christians argue over what God told them. The reason there are so many denominations in Christianity is because different believers were (apparently) told different things by God. For people who don’t have a personal relationship with God it becomes very clear that either A) God is telling different people different things or B) Most people are lying to themselves about hearing from God. Because A) is inconsistent with the religion it means B) is most likely. Assuming majority of Christians believe they are hearing from God and yet disagree with one another it suggest that personal revelations are not reliable.

If you look at the history of your faith and some of the items in your denomination, you will find components that can justify renouncing if you hyper focus on them and not understand the context. I have studied it in several translations, as well as its original Greek translation which calls upon the god Apollo. I would assume you may also find issue with the symbolism of the caduceus as well but that's another topic in and of itself.

Pride is a horrible thing to have active in our lives. It is this evil spirit which keeps our hearts from humbling ourselves before God. It is this same spirit sent by Satan to destroy us. It is a walk and I learned to let him tell me what is pleasing and what is not. So I don't have a thought about any of the things you have mentioned and God has not told about those things yet. There are other things which God is dealing with me about which maybe related to this topic but just not this specific one you are looking at this time. It's a walk and I enjoy seeking God and allowing him to show me what is not pleasing to him. I believe this is more and I'm sure he will continue to reveal this to me. Your truth has stopped at denouncing/renouncing organizations that have made oaths to false mythological gods and those who perpetuated that concept (Greek, Masonic, etc).
I'm being called into ALL truths which takes me beyond the oaths and rituals of the organizations. The truth is that many professions and orgs which are critical in this society as well as the currency and the underpinnings of philosophy of the country we live and operate in are called into question with some of same type of the oaths, rtuals, and symbolism. And if we aren't willing to denounce/renounce those things which would mean they are at a deeper and more pervasive level and would create havoc in our lives if we did do away with them, then are we truly not studying and showing approval with the talents the Master gave us in the parable-thus tearing down and villifying institutions that has done nothing but to try and create some level or equality and justice for our people.

You are making an assumption that truth for me has stopped with this related topic which is not true. I am still studying this topic among other things. We both have the same mission. I had the privilege of being a part of the inaugural chapter in our city and even served as vice president at one point. You didn’t ever read it or pay attention to what you were saying?? That’s crazy. There’s no ulterior motives in the organization. If it was, they would have executed them already. Everyone in our chapter is still big in the church and thoroughly believe in Christianity and everything it is. There were no false flags anywhere. I grew up in it from the age of 3 and graduated out of it. We always asked questions and read everything we could.

Exactly! I agree with you. I am a proud alumni of J&J my mom said it was one of the best investments she made for her children. My husband and I never had children so I was unable to do legacy membership, but it was a huge benefit to my life.
I know your mind is having a hard time grappling with the idea you and your family could be involved in idolatry so you are looking for a “I got you” moment unfortunately I don’t have one for you. Do I understand your struggle? Absolutely! I endured the same wrestle however as I said in my testimony, God was the one who revealed all of this to me. Although I never knew your grandmother sounds like she was no different than my wife and I who love God but was deceived which is why she had you join that organization. God see this organization and others like it as idolatry against Him. In any case the Bible is clear on who will or will not inherit the Kingdom of God via salvation as long as your grandmother repented of this evil and cleared all items within this scripture she would be saved.

Jessica don't mistake the people who are in these organizations as evil however the organization itself is and many like myself and family were deceived by Satan into joining it. Many of these organizations have God deceived children in them and there is good in God’s children so don't be surprised they would be excited for you getting saved and baptized. Never heard of J& J. Thank you for standing on conviction from God. The children of Israel kept going back into captivity not long after God delivered them & they paid the price dearly with curses placed upon them bcuz of idolatry. You are absolutely correct, candles are lit at a wedding. A wedding is the formation of a covenant and indeed a covenant took place when you lit the candle to the “spirit of Jack and Jill”. You don’t know what are in and God by His grace is exposing it.

It’s crazy to see Christians argue over what God told them. The reason there are so many denominations in Christianity is because different believers were (apparently) told different things by God. For people who don’t have a personal relationship with God it becomes very clear that either A) God is telling different people different things or B) Most people are lying to themselves about hearing from God. Because A) is inconsistent with the religion it means B) is most likely. Assuming majority of Christians believe they are hearing from God and yet disagree with one another it suggest that personal revelations are not reliable.
You think because people called themselves Christians they are one. God is not a chameleon nor are Christians confused. Those who are His children know His voice and strangers we don’t follow.
