Guy Ritchie is Britain's Tarantino. He's an amazing director and writer. You should definitely check out The Gentlemen as well as all of his other movies.
I refuse to believe that he's dead: merely in a coma until the bullet is surgically removed from his skull. Then he wakes up and goes on 20+ years of underworld adventures like a hilarious John Wick.
One my all time favourite characters is Brick Top. He's so funny and yet so menacing. Every time he gets pissed off you can just feel yourself curling into a little ball without him having to say a word, but when he does say something it's always a freaking gem. Vinnie Jones as Tony and Alan Ford as Brick Top both did such a phenomenal job on this movie.
He's also good in Fightclub, Seven, Interview With The Vampire, Inglorious Basterds, Once Upon A Time... In Hollywood, and of course his greatest film to date: Deadpool 2. What I'm getting at is he's just a really good actor lol.
Something I found in this movie over time - most characters are stuck in their own type of crime, and find it difficult to stray from it: - Turkish works in the illegal boxing world, but doesn't like rigging the fights. - Saul and Vince are thieves, but "not butchers" and are shocked at Boris's suggestion to "just chop it off". They never kill anyone in the movie, yet the only ones busted for murder. - Tony kills people, but finds it unthinkable to harm the dog. - Avi is used to telling other bad guys what to do, but doesn't think to get his hands dirty himself (and flees right after he does) Bricktop, Boris, and Micky are the wildcards. They'll do anything.
Finally! Reactors who REALLY appreciate this movie! I’m a gal from Ohio and I was so obsessed with this movie when it came out, but nobody in my circle liked it as much. It’s so good to see people really enjoying it! Side note: Have you two watched the film In Bruges? That’s another one I like a lot. Not as chipper as this one, but still has some one liners I think will break Ash from laughter.
Guy Ritchie is great. Locked, Stocked, and 2 smoking barrels is a must. Also is Jason Statham's first film, Guy found him selling stuff on the street like you see in the opening scene. In fact they said he improvised the lines lol Can't wait for more, yall are an amazing couple.
Just saw this for the first time a couple months ago after years and years trying to watch it lol. Just couldn’t understand some important stuff without subtitles. I give this movie 10/10 I’m so happy you both enjoyed it. Once I could understand everyone and put together what was going on, this blew me away. Idk what anyone could do to make this one better than it is.
The Lady that worked in the bookies that you both loved was a PE teacher when she filmed this role. Can you imagine how well behaved her class was after this lol.😄😄
That's probably why she was so good at this role, working with that many kids doing physical stuff she's used to remaining calm and projecting authority during chaos and nonsense
The diamond was 86 carat at the start of the film. When the bloke from the USA was on the phone, then at the end, Turkish said the vet retrieved 84 carat diamonds from the dog, so 2 carats were missing.
This is my favourite guy Richie film... superb story and sound track.... top notch.... keep up these reactions , your my favourite reactors by far... love you both 😃😃
Couldn't have thought of a better way to spend my birthday than to binge your videos. Love yall you really help with my depression and sadness, you all are too real and I love it! keep it up!
The guy that Vinnie Jones made to talk by trapping his head in the car window and drive down the street was in Black Hawk Down, he was the one that lost his hearing
Awesome reaction bruh 😂. Ya'll definitely have to watch Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels as well. The dialogue in these two movies is just pure gold 😂!
Every line is so quotable! from "5 more minutes, Turkish!" to "do you know what nemesis means?" to "Ze germans?!" to "Don't go England!" to everything Brad Pitt might be saying :)
After Lock Stock came out Brad Pitt insisted on a part in his next movie. Lock, Stock & 2 Smoking Barrels - Snatch - Revolver - Rock n Rolla - The Gentleman are the order for Guy RichTea Ganster Saga.
If you guys want to see some of Vinnie Jones playing football there is a British version of the American football movie The Longest Yard the British version is called Mean Machines you guys would like it
This is one you get for your personal Movie Library. Now you need to see Guy Ritchie's LOCK, STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS (1998), which is actually a prequel to this.
It’s so funny watching reactions to this movie and seeing the difference between how Americans react to it vs Brits or Aussies. For Americans it’s an action movie with some comedy sequences. For Brits is a comedy with some set piece action here and there. Mostly, Americans just miss so much of the humour in the dialogue. I loved watching these two piss themselves over just the banter throughout the film.
When the this dvd came out I recommended it to a shit load of people who I told, 'trust me, you'll love it.' And yes, they all loved it. I should have received royalties for how many people bought the dvd because of me.
I just recently watched Americans reacting to Normal people, and I immediately thought I need to see you two react to this show 😭😭 if you haven’t already watched
that pig farm and devouring bodies is a real thing, there was a serial killer here in canada, BC who picked up hookers, and helpless victims and fed almost 50 of them to his pigs on a farm...way back in the 80s and 90s
It doesn't have a ton of reactions for some reason but you guys should Check out "The Aviator" Leonardo Dicaprio plays Howard Hughes, the Billionaire, filmaker, philanthropist, playboy, inventor who inspired the creation of Tony Stark aka Iron Man. Its an Epic Biopic so its a bit of long watch but it's incredible and pretty accurate. Leonardo's portrayal of OCD brought tears to my eyes.
If you like this, also try: "Lock, Stock, & Two Smoking Barrels" (1998) Jason Statham, Vinnie Jones "The Bank Job" (2008) Jason Statham "Parker" (2013) Jason Statham "Harry Brown" (2009) Michael Caine "Layer Cake" (2004) Daniel Craig "Jackie Brown" (1997) Pam Grier "Out of Sight" (1998) George Clooney "The Town" (2010) Ben Affleck, Jeremy Renner
One of the greatest movie ever made, great reaction! Movies I recommend you react to: "Life" from 1999, starring Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence "Four Lions" from 2010 "Very Bad Things" from 1999
I am glad Ash laughed as hard as I did the first time I heard the Cum Again line lmao. My favorite thing is watching new people watch Snatch for the first time and it taking 10+seconds for that to register
Love love loved this! One of my favs. If you guys enjoyed this I recommend you and she watch The Gentleman by Guy Ritchie as well! Same vibez, also great writing
“In the quiet words of the Virgin Mary, come again?”
One of the best lines in film.
I use that in perfect moments and always catch people off guard.
well she was a "virgin" LOL
Maybe the best
Lock Stock and Two Smokin Barrels has to be watched now too!! You guys will definitely enjoy it
And the gentleman
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
And RocknRolla @@Stuffthatsfunny1
I second this. Idk why but people really skip tf over that movie for some reason and it's just as good if not better than Snatch.
@@Stuffthatsfunny1Agreed, one of my personal favorite Guy Ritchie movies.
Tyrone showed up for a job as a security guard on set, having never acted. 😂
too perfect. He's scowling the WhOLE time. LOL
And was also in casino Royale
Guy Ritchie is Britain's Tarantino. He's an amazing director and writer. You should definitely check out The Gentlemen as well as all of his other movies.
I seconded that, indeed a Brit's Tarantino 👍🏻
Yes!! Absolutely check out The Gentlemen!
For sure -- The Gentleman is a good movie.
Yess!! Please watch The Gentlemen... both film and series are great fun!
Id say he’s better, his style is similar to Scorsese, if tarintino movies didn’t have psychopathic violence i would’ve liked them more
I'm over here in the US, and my step dad, who is straight out of England, showed me this movie back in 2003. It's one of my all time favorite films.
Bullet Tooth Tony is one of the best film characters ever, and Vinnie Jones plays him to perfection
A hell of a lot better than his "Juggernaut" role!! Lmaooo
@@reservoirdude92 actually it's the cringiest part of the movie.

I love how Hannah looked very proud and her accent got extra cockney for this reaction.
“If you want your friend to hear you, you’re going to have to talk a lot louder than that.”
Shotgun blast**
Such a badass line
thats my favourite line. loud enough for the DEAD to hear, in HELL

In Bruges is probably my favourite film of all time. Such a dark comedy classic
A great reaction to a brilliant film. The Vinnie Jones speech to the gunmen in the pub is a classic piece of cinema.
Absolutely!
to the _'replicamen'_ I guess 🤣
"He won't kill a dog.... fist it"... literally had to clench to not piss myself man.
Guy Ritchie is great. Locked, Stocked, and 2 smoking barrels is a must.

Can't wait for more, yall are an amazing couple.
The part in the car where the dog was savaging Sol's coat was real - the dog hated Lennie James
“Anything to declare?”
“Yea. Don’t go to England!”
I don't think much of Guy Ritchie's filmography, but THIS is his masterpiece. It's the one I've watched again and again.
Just saw this for the first time a couple months ago after years and years trying to watch it lol. Just couldn’t understand some important stuff without subtitles.

I love this movie. I’m 34 now and I still say it’s my top 5 movies since I first saw it at 15 years old. I’ve seen it like 65 times
Interesting trivia: Alan Ford played a fireman in Fahrenheit 451, so used to burning things.
