Honda Valkyrie | Making Carburetor Dowel Pins 🏍

Hello Everyone! As promised to a viewer here is the video of me making new dowel pins fit into the carburetors. A couple pins were damaged when removing them 😐
A lathe would have made the project much easier! I also didn't have the correct size drill bit or any other tools than the ones I used.

Thanks for the video, The problem with my Valkyrie is the "T" fitting that delivers the fuel to the carbs is leaking do you have any suggestions? Maybe a sealant?

Update: I was able to remove the Right aft carb without removing all six, replaced the "O" rings on the "T" fitting and it is not leaking.

I was just going to reply to your previous comment then I saw this one. I’m glad you were able to repair it! Make sure you check synchronization since you removed a carb from the assembly.
