Great video! Flip books are also a great idea to get started with stories
I’m not sure I know what flip books are I’ll have to look into that!
@@MarshMakesComics They're like animations in books. You draw all the frames in a large stack of sheets, and when you're done you get, most times, a mini book that you can flip fast and watch your several frames / drawings turn alive, like an animation!
They're really cool, my dad still has one at his job that was done with a sequence of many surfing photos, and when you flip the pages really fast you could see the surfer in motion.

Yeah to be honest I’m a little rusty myself. I just have been getting back into the drawing habit lately!
When you want to publish a comic is it like publishing a normal book? Also if I want to make a comic on paper do I have to do it on A4 so it can get photocopied or would it be easier to do it digitally?
In all honesty for me the hardest parts are panel transitions switching form scene to scene
That can definitely be tricky. Sometimes I get it right sometimes I don’t and I think on some level that’s also true for the greats. My only aim is to continue to close those gaps the more I make comics!
