cylinder doesnt look too bad. if all the bridges are intact you can just hone it or remove the piston marks with drain clean. small scratches/dips dont affect power much only at really low rpm you can notice it. been there done that
Yes, exactly my experiance also =) But as i am a sucker for power i have drawn a little plan already, but i don´t know yet. 58-59mm bore, replate [~150cc) a little bit of portjob. Larger carburetor(42mm) More flowing reed, but i just learned that this has the option 6 blade reed instead of std 4 blade, so maybe they can flow a larger carburetor? Higher compression PVL 458 ignition(have one lying around) Methanol. Make it like those crazy thaidrag bikes =)

50hp on a small and light bike for the street? Something along the lines of a Simson or a Yamaha RX would be a good idea, have you seen Greece´s DT100?
