Blair is so calm here. Chuck says, “you don’t have to...” Blair just wants to marry him. Such a difference between this scene and her wedding to Louie.
Chuck listing all the people that love Blair and talking about how she should be surrounded by them - she, not they. I’ve rewatched this scene so many times but it finally hit me, not just the fact that he focuses on what she deserves and not his happiness or even the risk of jail but also that Lily isn’t there for their wedding and what about the people that love him and now I’m thinking maybe he still doesn’t realise how much they do love him…
first of all its two books. he made a lot from the first and even more from the second. and he is a writer, he will continue to sell his writing at high prices.
Chana FB no it's one book , the other chapters were sold to VF because his publisher dropped him when he tried to give it to them as a second book. Also, the first book stopped selling well fairly quickly, it was said several times that it dropped off the NYT bestsellers list and was mostly found in clearance bins. It really doesn't make sense that he could afford that apartment because the only people interested in reading the book or the magazine with the chapters on everyone would be rich New Yorkers which is a pretty small group. It wouldn't have made him the millions he needed to live in that building.
He got money from the rights of his book to make it a movie plus the money he got from both of his books, I think that’s enough to be able to afford the place
I love Jack he cared for him at the end. Even tho ain't no proof Jack is or isn't chuck's dad I believe he is and if not he act more of a dad to him then Bart ever did Jack was both dad and uncle to chuck more then Bart ever was and to top it of Jack was more there for him had more interests into him and his friends and more of a bond with him then Bart so yes rather Jack is his dad or not he was way more then Bart ever was I just wished chuck would've had his happy ending of the real truth of who his actual real parents were besides just getting to marry Blair because he deserves that
Is jack chucks dad?? Is that why bart hated him? Maybe jack and elisebeth had chuck and they were too young/not prepared and then bart somehow ended up ‘stuck’ with him ?
No Bart donated blood to save Chuck. He was rejecting some other donor blood. That was the big mystery of S5. Lilly tells him to thank Jack for donating, but we find out Jack has hepatitis C, so he’s not the donor. Then he calls Elizabeth (his absentee birth mom), and she’s nowhere to be found. Then Diana Payne (Elizabeth Hurley’s character) pretends to be Chuck’s birth mother to prevent him from finding out Bart’s still alive. Chuck does wonder if Jack is his dad, since he was sleeping with Elizabeth too, but Jack never owns up to it.
I love how chuck was like this isn’t the wedding you deserve 😍🤩
I need a man like Chuck Bass
Jack tho (I LOVE THE BOTH OF YOU 😂)
Jack is mood😂🥰
Jack low key ships them lol. I think he was jealous of Chuck in earlier seasons, but now he’s grown to like and respect them both.

How can Dan afford an Upper East Side penthouse? I know he got money from the book but you gotta be seriously loaded for that kind of life.
