I won't lie, i tried their 40mins home full body workout following by weight training at home, 4-5 days a week with one meal a day and lost like 6 kilos in 4 weeks. Not even going to the gym i'm amazed how well it worked.
Jesus one meal sounds real bad. It is completely possible to eat 3 full course meals (if you eat healthy) and still loose weight. One meal means not much nutrition is going into you..you'll loose more than the body can make and some vitamins cant even be made.
@@blueshoes5145 One meal a day is perfectly fine. It doesn't matter how many times you eat a day, as long as you're getting the calories in. OMAD is very doable. I've been doing it for years and am perfectly healthy!

Saw guys bare feet working out, so I decided to watch because I have issues with one of my feet it hurts on high impact workouts, I tried working out with one of your videos and next day I was in pain, I really enjoyed these workouts plus the warm ups and cool downs, definitely new sub

I like follow yr Home Walk Sweat 30 and 40 mins programs. Its indeed very very good and fun. But if you may add on it in the beginning warm up and then at the end cool down, say for 5 mins respectively. That would be perfect. Thanks😘

Hopefully i would pick my pace and continue to workout with you guys till the end of my pregnancy and later on also..

I added 3 pound weights to most of the exercises and I feel great. Sweating profusely and feeling like I spent 20 minutes doing a HIIT workout.

I really appreciate this low impact workout. I am recovering from an injury and this is the type of workout I needed.
