I actually don't know any music theory really and I really hate that I don't yet haha. I just go with the flow of things and have fun with it. I think I was playing lots of kingdom hearts and watching sad animes when I wrote this

The production on the album is amazing but, as so often with Will Puntey's production, the bass is barely audible, so its really nice to hear what the bass is doing in this version!
Putney is actually always spot on, you just need to listen in FLAC/WAV. Trust me, I'm obsessed with the guy's work, whether it be Acacia, Reflections, Impending Doom, FFAA, LMTF, Northlane, or anything in between. The production values are insane and worth listening for alone.
I'm not saying it wasn't amzingly produced, all the albums he works on sound amazing. I just personally feel that the bass was too low in the mix on the record.
I would like to bring 3:30 and every single part onwards to the table as evidence. Please listen again. There is some bomb ass dick-slapping bass in there. Same with the intro to Sadist.
when I tried the vm7 straight out of the factory box it just felt so right to me, and playing anything else after touching that just didn't feel up to par with how immaculate these instruments are. I decided to move forward with Kiesel but I still got nothing but love and respect for my legator fam! I know they'll still kill it.
