- even when i try to write something more traditionally metal, it ends up djenting. oh well. i hope you enjoy.

I certainly didn’t post this to answer any philosophical questions. But now you’ve made me reconsider that notion. What does this video mean? Well, I think that it’s brought us together in this moment. What does that mean? Only the djent gods truly know. Some answers are better left un-questioned.
There is something odd about it. I play my 8 string. That's all I do is djent type stuff. 7 string chug metal with a mix of thrash. 6 string trash and speed metal all day. It comes naturally.
Hnngggg I need to get a 7 string again. I totally agree with you though. My 6 string usually gets me playing more chordy, melodic type stuff. But the 8 string is just begging to be djented upon
