RC Churchy i always wash my bikes myself mate, as you found out there car washing guys have no idea how to clean bikes. cars are much easier to clean then bikes thats why they only clean bikes. As much as i hate getting on hands and knees to clean bikes its worth it doing yourself! Nice blade by the way :)

+Justy Biker I usually do wash her myself, was a silly mistake made due to lack of time to do it when I go home. Luckily no lasting effects! Sorry for the late reply!

Same happened to my titanium exhausts. Took me months to get them back to how they should be

I was quite lucky really, only marks left on it are where I can't reach to scrub it off. mostly the rear swing arm. Frame is looking good now though. Still... I'll wash her myself next time!

Jay_Moto I recently saw a 400 in the same colours up for sale. Was so close to buying it haha! I have a 400 track bike as well, currently in bits though.

I'd NEVER let cowboys like them near my stuff.-----.part of being a biker, ( for me ) is taking good care of my bikes Myself..
You were fortunate the damage was minor- There's no come-backs, with Tin-Horn set ups like that.

I agree with you on that. Was purely due to a lack of time, it ended up taking twice as long as it would have for me to give it a quick wash down at home! Lesson learnt though!

Ian Jay time was the prevailing factor on this day. £5! I do also say I’m being lazy :) Won’t be going back there though!

I have a pristine 1991 CBR1000F, and would not allow anyone else to touch it. ;) (Similar colour scheme to yours)
