Great review! Thats why the Steep and Deep rails from The Float Life are the way to go. That paired with a 5" MTE TFL wheel Hub and a Soft 655 TFL Enduro treaded tire and you can cruz anything with ease.
That setup sounds insanely comfy! I've haven't been one for mods (in my old age) but since the GTS Rally needs so much tuning, I might as well get into the mods. Thanks for the comment!
FM claims that the front of the rails are the same level as stock but the floatlife says there is a 1/4" clearance loss if I'm remembering correctly. They say just adjust the noise up 1 degree and it should feel like the stock rails on the nose. Great feedback! ➖☠️➖🤙🤙
Roderick - I like your OneWheel videos as a former Philly guy. Two suggestions: 1) you need to max out the gradient tracking angle before you will get a true sense of the board's functional clearance--(screen shot you shared in this video showed your gradient tracking angle at 9 degrees which is 50% of the max 18 degrees; 2) I have a big tire setup--(Burris 11.5X7.0-6 tire, FM 6 inch GT-S hub, TFL BTG Dub tail rails)--on one of GT-S's and its by far the best all around board I have ever owned...excels on trail and street, and you should try that BTGT setup any opportunity you get.
I'm gonna have to do some research to see what all these things are but, I'm on it chief! I want the best ride I can get. Trying lots of settings this weekend for a new video talking about how the adjustments affected the ride. Appreciate the input🤙🏾
I think I heard you say you were in Fairmount Park. I’m in the Philly suburbs and would love someone to ride trails with, especially someone better than me.
Absolutely, man! I ride with quite a few people in DE, NJ, and PA and we always welcome new riders. hit me up on IG @RoderickWortham when you feeling that trail itch :)🤙🏾
My friend bought the Rally Edition and it rides nose low from the factory. I sent my GT-S to Future Motion and had them install the rally rails. My board rides nose high. He tilted his nose up 1 degree and it is still low. I will need to lower mine at least 1 degree if I want it to ride level.
That's super interesting. I do feel like its designed and programmed with downhill trail racing in mind, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that. That's exactly how they marketed it as well. So I guess I've really got nothing to complain about. Although, I do wish shaping settings were able to correct for that. Lemme know if you find a setting that corrects this. Thanks!

Should, but honestly what I'm experiencing is different. Still messing with shaping though so, we'll see.
Thanks for the feedback.

I would assume uphill races would run into thermal issues. No? I'm week one on a pint x so bare with me lol.
Downhill as well, I've seen overheating happen at an event or two. Welcome to the community. The Pint X is an awesome board to learn on.
If you have too much tail clearance not not enough nose, try raising the nose in the app.
Haven't dove too deeply into the shaping just yet but I'm working on them now. Thx!
So what are the setting Neil sent you?
Gonna share them in a video I'm posting this week. Stay tuned :)
Sounds like you need some wtf rails
Fr Fr, since I'm gonna end up configuring the thing anyway. May as well. That's the only reason I haven't gone with this thus far.
Dude, you need a helmet! You’re not that cool bro, but one on!🤣
LOL. Thanks for the comment
If I was that worried about getting seriously injured I wouldn't ride a onewheel.
I messaged you on IG. I got a tune for you to try bro
Thanks bro, going there now!
