    If you're using your computer or laptop and suddenly you get the blue screen error that pops up (BSOD - blue screen of death) and the stop code says: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, here are few quick and easy fixes!
    In the command prompt running as administrator try these three command inputs:
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    Try: sfc /scannow
    You can also try a Restore Point and go back to a time before you were getting the BSOD stop code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
    If that doesn't work try this next:
    - Windows Update & Security (make sure all your drivers and windows are up to date)
    - Run a memory test (Windows Memory Diagnostic)
    - Check your hard drive, type in command prompt:
    "wmic diskdrive get status, model"
    If it's hardware issue, then you need to simply replace your RAM. RAM memory is pretty cheap inexpensive and easy to replace, install.

    Great video man, thank you SO much! I was browsing the internet for this BSOD and all i got were these 25 pages of so called "simple" solutions... if you happened to be a rocket scientist. • @breakaway2x
      @breakaway2x  7 дней назад

      Best thing to try first is a system restore point. Go back to a point before the problem began and if it doesn't solve it you can undo it.
      Check also windows updates and uninstall the most recent update that you installed when your realtek hd audio driver stopped showing up in device manager.
      Lastly, update the sound driver from the PC or go to the device maker's support downloads webpage and find your exact model / serial number / service tag. And also make sure you have the latest BIOS, Chipset, Display, Network and all other drivers updated.

    How am I supposed to go to cmd prompt if my monitor still in blue screen?

    • @breakaway2x
      @breakaway2x  3 месяца назад +1

      Ah, restart the computer and run cmd prompt when it's not in blue screen. If it's in blue screen the moment you start the PC then you need to boot into safe mode and then run cmd prompt from safe mode.

    • @breakaway2x
      @breakaway2x  13 дней назад +1

      It basically means yes, there is a corruption and you should run the repair:
      enter: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to repair the corruption.
      Open Powershell with admin.

    What causing this problem? RAM or SSD?

    • @breakaway2x
      @breakaway2x  Месяц назад

      it is more likely RAM. If it's an SSD, a simple diagnostic scan can also find if your SSD has any defects.

    I’m blue screening over and over during this whole process. Do I have to start from beginning with the /checkhealth step or can I just do the scannow if I’ve already done the first 3 and then my computer bluescreened. It seems like my computer won’t even stay on long enough to do the whole process

    • @breakaway2x
      @breakaway2x  4 месяца назад

      it sounds to me that you should replace your RAM. The memory sticks (RAM) are not expensive and removing the old ones and putting in news ones is easy to do (plug and play).

      @@breakaway2x I did a memory diagnostic and it said no problems detected. I haven’t touched my pc in a few days now, but next time I did I was going to do “check disc” as a friend said it’s possible my ssd is failing. I’ve basically knocked it down to ssd or RAM tho. I guess it’s a sign for some upgrades

    But what if it doesn’t go further than 0%?

    • @breakaway2x
      @breakaway2x  8 месяцев назад +1

      first make sure the disk and the computer connections are 100% connected (recheck the cable and port). If that's not it, it could be your computer is unable to load the OS file or disk information for booting up. You'll have to create a bootable media on a USB drive. But before that try running CHKDSK in safe mode and run the scan.

      @breakaway2x  4 месяца назад

      4090 rtx is a great card. How much GPU ram do you have? 128 GB CPU RAM is great. You can try to customize your Virtual Memory Size. Another thing you can check is to update your graphics driver. Lastly, check your GPU card settings if you have NVidia go into NVidia Control Panel and adjust settings in 3D settings.

    Is overheating causing this also? Bcs of the thermal paste is not changed in many years

    • @breakaway2x
      @breakaway2x  4 месяца назад

      Good question. Overheating can definitely cause system crashes, freezes, etc., but there's an easier way to check by using free programs you can download like CPU-Z or just check your BIOS if it includes a CPU temp reader....it can tell you if your CPU is overheating or not. If it is, you should change the thermal paste anyways or check the fans and make sure they are all working and there's no dust.

      This sounds like there is an issue with your RAM memory stick. Try the test again and see if it keeps hanging at the exact same 62.3%. If it keeps doing it, then change the RAM and redo the test and it'll work fine.

Also, some games can cause overheating issues even if temps appear to be fine you might get this message.
