    8 panel will forever be my favorite. I especially love the ROSE collection. I can't decide which one is my favorite though, I switch mainly between my Black Rose, Blood Rose, and Irish Rose. GREAT caps!

    I have 5 of their caps so far and I certainly intend to get more. The bruiser and the captain are my go to hats for the summer. I loved wearing The scrapper this past winter, it's such a sleek and snug cap

    I love the 8 panel a lot... love the traditional look but with a modern touch without that extra fabric. My Shamrock peaky is my favorite (so far)... Can't wait to purchase more!!!
    I may try a 5 panel next, not sure yet... so many to choose from!!

    I purchased a Kenmore, over a year ago. I can say the sizing was spot on. I wear this cap everyday and this cap is not yet showing any signs of wear. I recommend this cap don't be put off by the price, it will be cheaper than a ham sandwich soon.

    Boston Scally outsources to PRC “People Republic of China”. For $50 Id rather purchase a Mucros Weavers or Aran flat cap straight from Ireland. I get my scally caps on ‘weaversofireland’. From the SOURCE☘️

      You are spot on, I had the worst experience with this company, nothing fits no matter what they claim the sizes are marked, their return policy costs more than the product, china made garbage, no phone number, horrible customer service, but they look pretty, lol

    • @adamwing9301
      @adamwing9301 Год назад

      @@pigfoot7530 yeah, but you can go back and return your shirts to the store, these caps are sized inconsistantly and suppost to be form fit!!!! If the caps are all inconsistant sizing...how is one suppost to feel ok with paying shipping and restock fees just to be sent more junk that wont fit!!!!!! I have never had such problems with a fitted hat company before!

    I like the idea of your company, but the reason I hesitate buying your caps is I have seen and read a lot of reviews out their that the sizes you advertise do not have the same constancy. The main reason is because quality assurance and control can not be maintained by the Chinese factories that you have outsourced and are making your caps. If you could guarantee your cap sizes and I knew that customer service and facing was not an issue, I would consider buying from your company.

    • @ktlarose
      @ktlarose 2 года назад +3

      I get your hesitation. However, their exchange policy is on point. I had issue with the sizing of a cap I purchased. Mailed it back the same day. The following day, I received notification that my exchange was mailed out. So, you may have to return the cap, but you'll be satisfied when it's said and done.
      I own nine caps and have only had issue once.

      @@ktlarose Are you responsible for return shipping, a restocking fee, and the replacement cap shipping?

    • @mummyarmy
      @mummyarmy 2 года назад +1

      In my experience, that is the issue with any hat company that sizes non-numerically; in other words, S-XL (or whatever). I love 47 Brand baseball caps, for instance, but one XL can differ significantly from another XL for me. That's just a risk you take when buying it online without trying on in a store. The only way you're assured an exact size is buying a hat that is sized numerically.

    Total rip off company. They sent me the wrong hat and said return it and we'll send you the right one. They charged me a restocking fee. The new one came and it was wrong. Both times wrong color and wrong item description on the hat that didn't match my order. Again another restock fee if I return it. Bad company to do business with. Impossible to talk to anyone also.

    I’m a fan of the twill and cotton fabrics… please offer these in more styles and add a filter on your site to pick between certain fabrics if eliminating wool from your products is not an option. This wood allow folks who choose not to purchase animal products a more efficient way to find what they are looking for… vice verse for those that do…

    Whya re your hats Made In China if you're all about "Boston Strong" and U.S.A.? When products like Detroit's Shinola market their products with their City, they are made there. What's up Boston Scally?

    I just got my first one and I'm pretty disappointed. The price definitely does not match the quality. Tried to return it and they only offer partial refunds, due to a $9 "restocking fee". They are the same Chinese made caps sold elsewhere for half the price.
