The problem with deism is the same as with atheism, even if you can prove miracles are absolutely impossible and improbable, you're left with explaining away natural phenomenon as the basis for all coincidences and miracles ("which are just natural phenomenon, which have yet to be explained by science" ) you are throwing out thousands of testimonies, possibly even millions through out history as pure circumstantial even though they are attributed to a persons faith of choice. Now while there's no proof in studies and per reviewed articles that such praying has a drastic effect over the material world, you are dismissing over 6,000 years of history probably more, of alleged testimonies across the globe that some being, one or another intervened in the natural world to turn the course of events in someone's life that altered physical reality. Either they're all insane or once in a while supernatural events supersede the natural order which negates the entire premise of deism regardless of whether you believe it or not. Eventually you'll happen along a testimony that science will never explain from your pericope of a naturalized world view, and considering how many there are, you are vastly underestimating how much God intervenes in someone's life to bring about another end. The difference is, this does not prove that someone's religion or another is true, and it never can, a religious claim must be proven beyond its claims to be true, such as the inerrancy of the bible, Jesus' authoritative measure and standard of creation and his words and deeds must be historically accurate in order to prove Christianity is the number one and only true religion. But we are simply talking about people who prayed and had their prayers answered, that does not prove Christianity or even other religion true, it only proves God or the creator is not impersonal from it's creation. A religions testimony can only be true beyond a reasonable doubt if its texts lines up with the parameters its set about how to achieve miracles within the confines and regulations of the perceived faith, if however others from other faiths contradictory to another also have experienced supernatural phenomenon, then the original claim that only that religion is true is null and void, for its standards have been violated according to the texts affirmation, thus the affirmation and belief is wrong, but that doesn't mean belief in a higher power is wrong, but is rather confirmed by multiple testimony of conflicting origins
