Okie here! Thanks for loving on our city! Next time, you have to go to Edna's! It's an OKC institution because of the signature drink, the Lunchbox! If you haven't had a Lunchbox at Edna's, you haven't experienced OKC. Come back soon!
I’m from Lawton, Oklahoma and moved out here 5 years ago. A lot of these places I’ve never tried, aside from Empire, which is my favorite pizza place ever. I constantly eat the same thing, so this list is really going to impact me. Thanks!
You'll love it! Vintage Coffee is amazing coffee. The Wedge for wood fired pizza Empire for NYC style Arbuckle pies are amazing. Got to check out a thunder game as well.
I MISS so much, Oklahoma chicken fried steak. You can’t get it anywhere else. I also miss Oklahoma fried catfish. I live in NC now, but I’ve been all over the South and there’s fried catfish but it takes like crap. Fried catfish, with fried okra and corn on the cob, slobbered with butter. That’s the ticket!!!
Looks like you guys did not get very far north. Most of this stuff is in a 2 mile radius from 23rd st to downtown. Chisolm Creek is a great area on the Northside. Also, there are some cool places in the classen curve. Great reviews of the places that you did visit though! I can't believe you didn't get to waffle champion!!
Lol I have lived in Oklahoma my whole life and have never been to the backdoor bbq that looks good not to bad in price bbq is pretty expensive to make and empire slice but I see why it’s pretty expensive lol 😂 and I’ve never been to the Arbuckle mountain fried pies wow that looks delicious, and I’ve never had the chick-beer lol we don’t drink at all and we love Buffalo Wild Wings for our wings 😂, and hurts donut omg all those donuts looks so bomb!! And I’ve never had hubby bunny biscuits looks delicious that is kinda steep tho $26 for just sandwiches and juices and tots dang lol guess I know why I haven’t gotten to eat there, and that texadelphia I always see it but have never gone in because I thought it was expensive but looks delicious, and I really love Ann’s chicken fry house my dad first introduced me to them he has been going there for years it’s delicious and very cool place, You gotta try next time ur in Oklahoma and in the area of Edmond you should try Jo’s famous pizza they are so delicious and the salad is really good I love love the ranch and the garlic sauce is real good
I live in Oklahoma I love Ann’s but in a small town in Oklahoma City named Jones it’s called chefs it’s really good i know the owners it’s a local hotspot juts get there before the high school students get there there stay open during the week but not the weekend 6-3 pm
This is an old video…Ann’s Chicken Fry has closed down, everyone retired and we were terribly depressed over it! It was a great institution here in Oklahoma City. ❤
Cattlemen’s Steak House! Gotta get their filet plus a side order of mushrooms is a must! Ted’s Cantina Mexican food is the best Mexican and South Western is a great location and if you show up before 5=half price, except Saturdays and Sundays. ❤ for a chicken fried steak sandwich go to Chuckwagon on NW 10th St and Meridian. These are the places I take all my friends from out of town. They are asked for repeats when they return. Best burger is Little Mike’s. They have great onion burgers and they make home made French fries. One thing to mention, Mike is a proud Republican and there is a lot of Trump stuff on the walls. I am sure he will be upset when he loses again! 😊 I just keep looking at my food and talking to my husband. People eat and leave quick, places to go but everyone is so friendly, the customers and employees! For breakfast try Jimmy’s Egg. It’s good for all around breakfast. If you are coming for a site seeing visit, these places won’t steer you wrong. I would love to send you to a good pizza place and send you on a drive trip thru the country to have the best fried chicken and fried okra. Chicken is so good they just sell it by the whole chicken and you eat on butcher paper as plates. So no dirty dishes. Has a partial end of the oldest bar in Oklahoma and it was hauled back during the gold rush days from one of the other states. This building was once a grocery store and this was part of their meat market. The place burned down many years back and we worried they might not build back and reopen but they did. The place is called Eichen’s as that’s the family name. People come from all around and from many other states to a small town named Okarche. It’s a spot in the road, blink and you are out of city limits! It’s a drive of about 40 minutes from Oklahoma City, but if you have visiting to do it’s a great time to catch up or relive some memories. The time goes by fast and there are lots of things to walk around and look at, plus a pool table if you have a quarter! ❤🎉😮 please come and visit. There is a lot to see and you might decide to come back again! 😊❤
Do you guys ever get tired of fried junk food and want fresh produce? I don’t think my stomach or gut could handle all that much fattening food on an ongoing basis.
The Tipsy Tiki is absolutely HORRIBLE. The service is awful (they act like they are doing you a favor to serve you), their drinks are weak AF, and their drink menu isn't even close to real Tiki. Spend your money where it's appreciated and avoid this place. Like Michael Murphy's. It's fun but know this; first, they will play a song that gets the crowd screaming (like Queen fat bottomed girls or something) then the next 5 songs will be terrible. Second, my wife and I went in Oct 23. Four tall Tito's and cranberrys were $75!!!! Again SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR FOUR DRINKS.
Texadelphia looked pretty good until i saw the watered down looking queso D: so nevermind. Bummer. It's been impossible finding great restaurants in Norman and OKC. The only restaurant I've enjoyed so far is The Garage. Everywhere else sucks. The pizza restaurants are the worst for sure. Idk.. maybe living in Dallas & LA spoiled me.. but i just haven't found more than the one decent restaurant :( I'd give my left nut to go bar hopping with u guys, though! Especially Molly 🥰 The retro pub looked pretty awesome. I'll definitely be checking that place out

Keep the tour of the cities going! IMO the city tours and the cruises are the way to go! Looking forward to the next one!
Hey! I just ate at Ann's Chicken Fry last week. Very good comfort food. Nice video!
Wow, even though I will never ever visit Oklahoma, I had to watch this just to see the variety of food and drink, you guys are so amazing ..👍👍😀😀
Very nice and informative video. You can also visit a video of budget friendly hotel in OKLAHOMA, US. ruclips.net/video/BZgYL7fpKl0/видео.html
Great video! This perfect for my OKC trip next week!
Very nice video
The Jones assembly!
That arcade bar looked amazing.
Its pretty cool. Its a good place for a first date.
Love the fact you guys are drinkers and focus on finding good micro-breweries or best places to drink on cruise ships or vacation! 👏🏼
I’m about to move out to OKC. Thanks for all of the tips!!
You'll love it!
Vintage Coffee is amazing coffee.
The Wedge for wood fired pizza
Empire for NYC style
Arbuckle pies are amazing.
Got to check out a thunder game as well.
That's a lot of bars and restaurant covered ! You forgot about Edna's bar in north OKC! That's one of the coolest bars in the city

All the stuff you mentioned is better in Texas.
Next time you go to Ann’s Chicken Fry get the fries with gravy!
Back in the 80s it was BRAUM'S BURGERS and GODFATHER'S PIZZA.
Thank God that's not the only thing around anymore. 🤢
@@FromDust81 ...Those two were greatest back then. I left OK just before 1990.
If you are ever in OKC again check out Pub W and Charleston's , couple of my favorites!

Who else clicked on this because they live in Oklahoma?
Apparently nobody
Clark crew bbq is amazing as well
Rons hamburgers are pretty good
I'm moving here next month. Definitely going to try the biscuit co place with the chicken fried steak biscuit and the philly cheese steak place asap
Stephen A Smith if you like Asian I recommend Shiki Japanese Restaurant, it’s so good!
I live in Oklahoma I love Ann’s but in a small town in Oklahoma City named Jones it’s called chefs it’s really good i know the owners it’s a local hotspot juts get there before the high school students get there there stay open during the week but not the weekend 6-3 pm
if your like great chicken fried steak its in Jones Oklahoma called roosters on south Hiawatha's and Briton rd south west side give it a try
Whats funny is the first and second restaurant are like 20ft apart but both still great places to eat. If you go to backdoor get the Hot mess burger.
I live in okc
This is an old video…Ann’s Chicken Fry has closed down, everyone retired and we were terribly depressed over it! It was a great institution here in Oklahoma City. ❤
Froghorn leghorn pizza at Empires is my choice
Another place to go to is Nic's Grill! They have amazing burgers. Colin Ferrell himself said it was the best burger he's ever had.
I wanted to go there, but it had really limited hours and couldn’t fit it in
Backdoor BBQ is pretty good but certainly not where I would send someone first.

Hurts dougnuts are the best in Norman, campus corner
Do you guys ever get tired of fried junk food and want fresh produce? I don’t think my stomach or gut could handle all that much fattening food on an ongoing basis.
Not on trips
No cattlemens??????
Overrated.
Should have taken a local.
It’s not always about the money. As a local.....this was disappointing

San Marcos #4
39th and MacArthur
So Dallas restaurants were good enough, but not OKC? Gimme a break
Tuckers suck. Way overpriced.
