Put your top loaders perpendicular to the windows. set 3 in each row and loop the water and drain in a short chase below the window. it will work. You got a great location. If you are buying that property be really sure that it doesn't have Perchloroethylene contamination in the ground. Old dry cleaners are notorious for leaking Perc. Have you considered grinding and epoxying the concrete floor, instead of ceramic tile? I like the space. It would be great if you are able to maintain some of the natural light from those windows. Thanks for sharing!

I have a couple epoxy floors in some other stores and i'm not crazy about them. Its hard the beat tile in my opinion.
