It is nice to know equipment is only a few weeks out and not 8 months to year. Good luck. 👍

I know you do like Huebsch machines but I think you should give Dexter a try. 3 year full parts warranty. 10 year warranty on bearings bearing housing, spider arm, shaft, drum, tub, frame and seals. Dexter 30 pound and larger machines also have 4 baffles instead of 3 which helps performance. You do what's best for you, I just like Dexter. I subscribed too.

Yea I’ve got Dexter at some stores. It’s definitely rock solid equipment. I just have a really good relationship with my Huebsch distributor.

So much motivation watching your videos I'm still in the early stages of starting my first laundromat.
How much would you say It would cost you in that building that you're in now. And what's the total amount of machines you will have in there?

Curious as to how you came up with the mix of washers and tumblers?

It’s kinda a guess based on what has worked in the past at my other stores. There is no exact science to creating a mix and every area and customer base is a little different but I like to have a good mix of everything and buy more of what I expect the customers to use/like.

How much will your infrastructure cost be? No sliding front door?

I’m definitely looking at getting a sliding door. Not sure exactly what the buildout is going to be but I would think around 150k
