How did the object interact with the foam and cut through so smoothly was it only colission added?

I did not remember It was done a lote of time before. The tutorial has allá the setings. I think the effect all was done with the shader anda the colisión was done with a fluid and colisión object.

I imagine that yes, you can try to modify the nodes of the material. What I do is create a fluid simulation, and apply that material to the 3D mesh, and it animates automatically depending on the deformation of the mesh.
