I remember the leap from 8GB to 16GB made a huge difference at that time. Right now 16GB is still more than enough as long as you don't have multiple programs running in the background while gaming.
Just added 16gb to by asus g14 4060 2023 and my fps on warzone alone went up by at least 15 fps or more with 32gbs of ram instead of 16gb, starfield on med settings in a city with low crowd has also gone up
No idea, I had everything at max screen/ resolution, and in game ultra settings I'm getting 100+ fps plugged in to the charger on warzone maybe even more then 15 fps increase crazy.
Sure 32GB of RAM has the advantage more memory cache and if your ram running on dual channel it has additional boost in your memory PS: not all games are RAM hungry take it to consideration it is childish if you only base the benchmark for RAM only. more space buffer on your RAM the better despite no additional FPS gain in a certain game it means no choke process on your device.
I have the same Pro 7i as you and ran the Cyberpunk benchmark with the same settings, but my final average FPS is 98, which is 14 FPS lower than yours. Any idea why is it happening?

Most games had literally exactly the same performance for 16 gb vs 32 gb, except for Hogwarts, Dead Space, and Balder's Gate 3. Those games saw noticeable 1% low boost.

can you maby test out 2 sticks of the new 48gb ram sticks on few laptops would love to see if it works on 13 gen thinking of maby trying on my 13980hx clevo since i do a lot of ai stuff
Neo 16 should have better display, and better performance in frame gen games, but not in raw rendering without fg. I could see arguments for both, but wait for both to be on sale if you are tight in cash

differences i noticed between 32 and 16, is multitasking it is so much smoother with 32 and some games crashed with only 16.
