I’m so happy he mentioned Self-Healing. Some people have the ability to do that, not needing therapy. I went to therapy 4 times and the therapist didn’t even know what to do with me. And opening up was not relieving to me. It just made me realize I really had the ability to work through my own childhood trauma and issues.

Just wanna say that while therapy isn't for everyone, it often takes going to several different therapists & different therapy techniques to find one that best suits you. Not all therapy is talk therapy, there's so many different kinds! Unfortunately therapy is very expensive though, and can be emotionally exhausting to find a good one. I'm happy self healing is working for you!
