One word comes to mind with this guy. Smooth. Doesn't seem overwhelmed. Has a sense a humor. Has the ability to be introspective. Impressive.

He has no choice but to be on his best behaviour, he's in our house taking on our culture... Watch out for these type of white people, they appear to be "down" and liberal etc but have anti black sentiments when they're amongst their white peers... His music is decent though

Jack Harlow is the kind of people that you want winning. He's humble, grounded and respects and love his parents. Nothing but blessings and love from here bro. Keep putting out them bangers.
Shame on Jack Harlow for trying to take my spot in the community
I agree, people instinctively want good people to succeed.

This dude got me feeling how I felt when J Cole was on his come up. When everybody used to call him lame because he didn’t have tattoos or wasn’t talking about killing…it’s a refreshing type of presence. Wish nothing but success for this guy
must not listen to cole like that
Who called j cole lame back then? I remember everyone was rocking his mixtaps the warm up and the come up.
But that’s who he reminds me of though.
you’re out of your damn mind
You youngins don’t know shit, they used to call him lame and say he’s biting Drake because his early mixtapes he sounded like Drake. And in one of em he even talk about the hurdles he faced because he was tryna rap but he wasn’t like other rap niggaz……BUT NICE TRY GUYSSSSS 😉

I love Jack's personality. I feel he's being himself and the fame hasn't gotten to him yet. His spirit is still light and airy. Loved how he talked about his mom. I wish him much great success.
I loved that he talked about his parents and came from a stable upbringing plus household
I absolutely LOVE how much respect he has for his mom! Not just respect for her as his mom, but respect for her as a WOMAN. He said "She has her own aspirations... She has her own things that she's chasing" 👏 I'm just in awe, so few men can grasp that just because a woman becomes a mother, that doesn't mean that's ALL she is or that she has to sacrifice any of herself to become one.
As evidenced by their questions! They clearly didn't even consider that she might have her own life and assumed she was just dying to fly out to spend all her time with him. Had he been talking about his dad, I guarantee they wouldn't have asked if he flies him out, they would've automatically assumed he had a life and career to tend to. Big props to Jack for acknowledging his mom's drive and talent for business and showing her respect for her personal accomplishments! If I thought he couldn't endear himself to me anymore....
Not all women want to be corporate slaves and CEOs. If that’s what you genuinely want then obviously it’s amazing to celebrate your success and be supportive. But there’s no need to shame women who want to be full time moms and stay at home with their children if it’s genuinely what they want. Freedom of choice
He is very humble man. I can see why everyone in industry likes him.

Seems like a good kid. I respect the fact that he's just being himself, no extras or trying to act "stereotypically black" when you probably grew up in the suburbs. Just a regular, good kid who happens to be a good rapper.
Suburb dont mean privileged silver spoon area there are plenty of ghetto ass suburbs like Compton or Bessemer (where Gucci mane from)
🎯.. you said it perfectly. It’s not that hard to be just YOURSELF. When people try to act like something they’re not, people will see through it. Authenticity sales.

Theres something special about being there experiencing a rappers come-up. Found this dude before "Whats Poppin" and it feels like hes reaching a certain level now where he can be considered a superstar.
When I first heard ‘OBSESSED’ Feat Otis Junior and Nemo Achida I knew this dude was going to EXPLODE! And I heard that in mid 2017. I tried so hard to put people on but they weren’t into it. Now though……
I saw him before whats poppin came out also, went to a small venue in Mass. Yea he really is 6'3" cuz im 6'1"
Thank you! I really wish people would listen to his earlier music...he has some classics I wish he could/would add to his sets for the day ones. Honestly "What's Poppin" is my least fav song....but gotta release that one major commercial heavy hitter. Very proud of him.
Yea bruh.its like watching your kid graduate and move out the house. There was probably 200 ppl at the Basement in columbus ohio.Loose just came out. Feels like you're a part of it.
First record I heard was when the video for Sundown dropped. I was like aite ima keep an eye out and follow dudes career cus ur could be something if he puts in the work
This interview is fire! I remember when I went to Jack Harlow's concert at Harlow's in Sacramento, maybe 150 people there. 15$ tickets. I still have that ticket stub in my apple wallet. I bought 3 tickets and all my friends bailed so I went solo. Good ass night. I have some killer videos from that night, I show them to my homies and say, "You coulda been there." That concert was right after he dropped his Confetti album. So glad to watch him grow. Congrats on the new album, it has that same old Jack Harlow feel/beat as your Loose album. Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Drake, Justin Timberlake, Pharrell Williams, and the remix of Glamorous. Hat off to you my guy. You've come a long way. Keep doing you. Congrats!
