If you have ever worked in retail at the register, especially returns or customer service, this is something common by a lot of thieves who go after expensive items. They come back because they assume just because they weren’t identified means that the missing items are never flagged for being stolen. You know that old saying… criminals often return to the scene of the crime.
Ask that to the dude just straight ROBBING Targets. Racked over $20k. Walks in, grabs merch, returns, walks out.
