I listen to this all day. It's so haunting and powerful...really captures the tortured path that Bucky has traveled.
It also reminds me of the militaristic, ruthlessness of HYDRA
Feels like something that would be in a horror film.
There's have been forgettable MCU scores but Winter Soldier is so amazing and memorable.
It makes me feel good.
Yes, to me it brings back the unspeakable terror I felt watching this the first time. It was one of the most powerful films I've seen in forever, especially in the way it kept me holding my breath, constantly tense, goosebumps, head swimming, sometimes screaming. . . WHO IS THIS GUY AND HOW IS HE SO POWERFUL. And then. . . when his mask came off. . . .
Terrifying but beautiful. The theme matches so well with him as a character.

I whole heartedly wish that marvel should make a movie on winter soldier, should be dark, gritty, full of merciless action and we should be able to see the pain bucky had for years when hydra was using him, he'll always be my favourite marvel character.

One of my favorite villain themes, up there with imperial March and thanos theme. I know he’s not really a villain but this theme represents his darker side
Wow. This is not my style of music. I love the soothing, the ethereal, the elvish sounding types of music. But for the first time I find myself saving and treasuring and playing on loop a soundtrack that seriously puts me on edge, makes me want to scream and run and pass out. . . I truly believe this is a groundbreaking work of art that will long be remembered.

Never realised how good this was until I heard it properly. Too focused on that thrilling part at the start, reminding me of those scenes in Civil War when the Winter Soldier attacks Howard's car to get the blue serums

Henry Jackman is awesome. Magneto's theme in the "First Class" is also written by him, if I remember right. The music fits the movie perfectly.
Yeah that's is also an amazing character theme, one of my favorites. The Winter Soldier piece is absolutely brilliant as well, as is the entire score of the rest of the film. The work he's doing on The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is also amazing

It's a shame Bucky was so underused. Bucky is, in my opinion, a more interesting character than Sam.
Learning that the electronic wailing at the beginning is supposed to be Steve hearing Bucky's screaming as he falls from the train playing in his head over and over again is super haunting and sad.

That's incorrect. It's not Bucky's screams. The composer did record screams and digitally enhance them for this theme, but the screams aren't Bucky's. 😊

Winter Soldier the Secret Assassin. There should be a Movie like this about his Infiltrations in Armies, Killing off entire Armies in one night, Killing Off Heroes who stood in Hydras way in History. All the 1000 plus kills he did while he was the Winter Soldier.
