Yeah, he looks more cute and special with long hair. Though I kinda understand if Bucky kinda wanted to get a haircut to symbolize finally parting from winter soldier or wanted to look more casual on his redemption route or wanted to mimic his 40s hairstyle or wanted to fit in with the modern world so that he would feel like he belongs more. I really hope he would let it grow back now that he's more confident with his arm, identity and abilities.
After 1:21 aside from the robotic voices there are speaking voices or a male voice screaming in the very back of the sounds, and some voices like water. I imagined that those could be voices Bucky heard during the experiments when he was a half awake but regardless it's all scary
I got scared like 4 times while listening to this, one I thought about something and then a woman screamed and I remembered that I were listening to music then it stopped and started playing again and that also scared me and there was something like voices and that really scared me to death and then I felt like someone was looking at me 😭 I'm sitting in the basement in the dark trying to sleep, help

I don't think so, but I'd love to see a Winter Soldier solo movie that has Bucky team up with Black Widow's old Soviet family.
