Absolutely gorgeous. The color of the overall paint is so crisp. Very interesting the verification for GT original type. Here in Mexico, for sure I will find only 1 or 2 as the GT is so rare. The car is a candy on fourwheels. My compliments for all those beautiful ponies.
Wow, I love Mustangs too, I have a few myself. I’m really wanting a 67 Fastback. I have a beautiful 69 Mach 1 that’s stellar, an original 351W 4 speed top loader. However, I was born in 67, that’s one of the reasons I love the 67 fastback. Let swap !
Beauty of a car, sold my 66 GT coupe after having owned and raced it for 25 years, not exactly stock, one trouble now days is the idiots on the highway who will try to run into you , jealous I guess.
Hi Michael and Tyler, Great video as usual . Coincidently I have just purchased a 66 Mustang Fastback GT, 4speed Tahoe Turquoise with Aqua trim. I was thinking this combination must be hard to come by and watching this video you validated this. It still has the original factory GT exhaust system !!!! You explained in a previous video that you have only experienced this once in 30 years so I am excited to have experienced this too . Love your channel . Cheers Danny from Down Under
Michael, Love your videos. They are the BEST way to see what appears to be ACCURATE color appearance of these beauties. Most of the time you cannot trust photos online due to lighting, filters, fading or just WRONG color applied to restore. So, I love the Tahoe Turquoise (as well as Clearwater and Gulfstream) but what is the color of the blue '67 up on the lift in the back of this video? I don't think I've seen you guys show that one off yet. I'm currently restoring a 67 fastback and am leaning towards Acapulco blue, but can't be sure as most photos online look way to saturated. What is on the lifted 67/68 in the back is what I am looking for. plz and thanks. Keep up the good work! [EDIT]: I should have watched all the way to the end. Got too excited. It IS Acapulco Blue and looks to be exactly the right tint, hue, shade and tone. What paint mfg/code did you use? Is it original?
We did not paint it Kai, however we did do a 4 stage paint correction that brought it back to its full glory. I believe it to be accurate, or very close to the OEM spec. Sorry I could not be of more help. Thank you for the kind comments
I have a Tropical Turquoise 64 1/2 Hardtop. Would that interior blue of yours be a suitable match for my color? The original is Parchment, but I am not crazy about that color.

27 years ago, I had a 65 Fastback, “twilight” turquoise, the 1965 similar color.
Brings back very fond memories.
Seen one this year at the NSRA national in Louisville Kentucky August 2023

Much appreciated and yes Sir, you got yourself one of the harder to find specs.
Gorgeous cars. That turquoise is just incredibly pretty. Crush brace info, that's interesting to learn.
