Ingredients for Veg Zingy Parcel
For Dough:
Refined Flour - मैदा -1.5 Cup (200 grams)
Instant Active Yeast - इंस्टेंट एक्टिव यीस्ट - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - चीनी - 1.5 tsp
Salt - नमक - 1/3 tsp
Oil - तेल - 1.5 tbsp
For Stuffing
Paneer - पनीर - 1/2 Cup, cubes
Butter - मक्खन - 1 tbsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1/2 tsp, grated
Tomato - टमाटर - 1, chopped
Green Capsicum - शिमला मिर्च - 1/2 Cup, chopped
Yellow Capsicum - पीली शिमलामिर्च - 1/2 Cup, chopped
Oregano - ऑरेगैनो - 1 tsp
Schezwan Sauce - शेज़वान सॉस - 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce - टमाटर सॉस - 1 tbsp
