Madam, I am happy to inform you that I tried these rolls but with wheat flour. The sheets came out nicely but they are having less strength unlike maida. I kept them in fridge for some four days and today I prepared the tava roll with bhaji available adding some cheese pieces. They were yummy. I enjoyed a lot., thanks again Madam.
