When you beat Parappa 2, you unlock the blue beanie in which the songs get remixed. If you beat each song on the blue beanie mode you get a pink beanie, and if you beat that you get a yellow beanie. Each beanie remixes each song more and more and makes the game more difficult, you should play the blue beanie mode

Just so you know, every time you beat the game your beanie changes color which is actually the difficulty of the game. There are 4 beanies I believe. I’m sure everyone would love to see you continue the game!

You know how purpose hat is usually Orange well if you beat the game it will take from Blue to Pink to yellow after you game will change to a different color more times you do it until eventually it stops at yellow changing color in his app it shows an increase in difficult you're going to play again this is probably the reason why

hi mike! i'd like to see you play um jammer lammy parappa's stages because he has his own cutscenes and all of the songs are different too. the cutscenes may seem out of place at first, but from someone's comment they said as if parappa's cutscenes are what he was doing while lammy's on her way to the show. i think you might like it!!! if you don't want to, that's okay! and take your time just in case ❤️

I think you should go back and play UmJammer Lammy, you didn’t realize but you unlock a Parappa campaign after beating the game and you play the levels but with a new music backtrack and Parappa’s rapping with new cutscenes too

The reason why you can't resume gameplay when you press pause is to prevent you from cheating by pausing before its your turn to rap.
It's The Same with All of The PS2 DDR Game's, there is Absolutely NO Pause Button, which is So Stupid!!! Like, What if U have to Take Out The Trash, do HW, Eat Dinner, and U are in The Middle of A Game, U CAN'T Pause!!! I Hope The PS2 DDR Game's Get Remastered for PS4/PS5 And Have An Added Pause Button, yes 🫂💖!!! Like and Reply if you Agree!!!
it's still possible to play the vs mode by yourself, you play against the cpu but i agree it's not as fun. also, you have a blue beanie now, so the songs might be a little different if you play again
