    Thanks for recipe, i ground the mixture in the night after soaking for 5 hrs... then let it to ferment... made dosa in the morning... is it ok if batter ferments?

      I've found that any pan that works well for pancakes or crepes tends to works ok for dosa. If you have a well seasoned cast iron griddle (with a cooking surface that's not too rough) that's large enough to fit over 2 burners, or an oval burner if your stove has one, use that. Just heat it slowly and evenly, and use a long blade spatula for turning. Failing that, a good quality non stick pan will serve in a pinch, but wont have the same evenness and heat recovery.

    Thanks for the recipe bhavana. I was looking for gluten-free dosa recipe for a while. Mostly came across oats combined with rice flour and semolina. This is perfect . Will let you know how it turned out after trying it

    Can you tell more about the cooking method? You appeared to put the pan on top of another pan. What was the heat level (American measure). Thanks!

      Only one pan is used. I cook on medium to high

    Lovely recipe. I only added salt for taste in the batter but it was quite bitter. Is there anyway to counter the bitterness that I am presuming comes from the quinoa? Thank you.

      Try adding little sugar and lemon juice

    OMG, THIS IS GENIUS!!! I can tell how intelligent you are by your inclusion of ground flax (LOL, I also talk about the benefits of flax in many of my videos). Love that this is a super food crepe - quinoa, oats lentils, turmeric and flax. My only question - what kind of oil did you use? Hopefully not vegetable or canola oil as those are really horrible for your health, I talked about this a little in a video I did about salad dressing. I LOVE THIS!!!! NEW FRIEND!

    Bhavana you are amazing!!! What a great idea to use quinoa. I do want to ask you, what if I add little more water after making the paste. Would it make it any easier to spread? Also is there a reason you didn't ferment as normally

      No. Black gram (urad dal) helps to ferment

    Hi bhavna, what's the difference between oats and rolled oats. I think the one your using looks like rolled oats.

      +Rubeena Khanam it’s same but oat comes in different forms these days and any kind of oat can be used but I would prefer whole oat
