Loved them all! But think my favorite was the tray. Just love that you did not paint it! You let the wood color show thru! And thank you for not always painting everything white! and then distressing it! You let everything's "personality" shine thru. So refreshing to see. Please keep it up!
I love my mom's and my grandmaw's crochet doilies and other handmade table runnes. I often pair it on top of a larger piece of burlap. I love seeing other people use these like items. You're one of my 5 top channels to watch😉👍
Oh how I love shopping at the thrift stores. I just bought two beautiful high end tops for less than $5 each. Love the up cycles. The mirrors were my favorite.
Terrific projects, Deidre!❤ I think my favorite is the coat rack. I had never heard of Steel Stick! Now I can't wait to go to the hardware store tomorrow and get a tube of it!
The door knob hanger and the ladder. I have 2 old wooden 2ft step ladders that are probably 100 years old. Now I'm going to try to upcycle them. Thanks for the inspiration.
Favorite idea was using coffee to stain wood. What a great idea. Can't wait to try it on my upcycled cigar box that I will be turning into a jewelry box. Thanks for all the lovely ideas
It's beautiful I'm going to have to look at the thrift store the next time real good and see if I can find one like that it's really beautiful you did a good job
The step ladder was my favorite transformation!! I loved learning about the steel stick to attach the door knows, have loved that look but never knew how to attach. Also , coffee as stain is brillant!!
So many amazing and beautiful projects, as always. 😊Thank you for sharing your creativity! I have to admit, however, that I wouldn't have been able to remove the old (water slide?) decal from the tray. It was already kind of fabulous. I love the end product, too!
On that brown oval tray with that very old stencil of the vegetables my mom had that exact stencil on all her canisters in the kitchen and that was over 50 years ago
Tge coat rack was my favorite. I had this very idea meny years ago because i just live old door knobs. I also have a thing for those really old wheels from dressers and i want to try them to make a coat rack. Just have to figure out how to nake the wheel nit turn so the coat doesnt fall off. Or same idea but smaller to use to hang like kicthen utensils or wisk broom ect.
