Mad respect, their clutch rebuild is actually looks very good! Not some crappy knocked-off parts with no quality...
Very well done my friends!
Good work, the mechanics do a good job, stay healthy an have a long live with full of luck
Every machine in the workshop is shiny from endless daily use.
pakistani make good hash and are resourceful really nice!!
Bhai wahh, bhout accha kaam. Customer satisfaction bhout jruri hota han. Keep it up.
From India.
These guys are brilliant. It is truly amazing what can be done when you really don't have a choice.
I'm guessing this place is a stretch of highway and a series of shops specializing in different aspects of repair. I would spend a week in this place and just watch these men all day. Very interesting stuff!
Fair play to you, your camera work and editing is fantastic. The slow mo on the lathe just brilliant.
In Pakistan, they fix things not replace it, at least is really need it looks like, this guys are amazing specially because of the hand work they do..!
"Leathers" is such a innocent name ... hopefully they are now without asbestos - but NO bet on the replaced ones. The work itself is top as always.
As someone who builds and rebuilds clutches, it is very intetesting to see how our brothers in Pakistan do what takes me only an hour.
Keep practicing Junior and maybe someday you will be as good as they are it only took them 12 minutes and 15 seconds
@@Notthisguyeither that's right..I need more practice
Well done! I love watching you all plying your trades.
There’s BMF and BMF , and theses guys are some real BMF
When glasses costs more, then two eyes of worker.
Include the lungs also.
I bet they can afford to buy but wouldn't bother to wear em. Sadly health and safety of workmen is no priority in Pakistan at any level.
Superb workmanship ! Thank you . Greetings from India .

You'll never see such a mechanical ingennering in Europe. Necessity is mother of inventions. At least it make people get their living from it.
You can change cluch but not your health.
Safety safer.
MashAllah brothers.
Blessings from France.
Thank you for this work!! Number 1 in handmade.
They ain't playin when doing rebuilds... Respect✊
I don't just like your videos, i love them , every one is a gem .like everyone says they cover all aspects of engineering which makes them so interesting. That gearbox jack is a star in itself , what a crackin piece of kit, wish i had one in my possession. Good on you keep your video's comin.
These guys are great most everything here in us is throw away not repaired great job
Here you get to see some of the fine work they do, and that there are many very good craftsmen among them there is no doubt.
Please don't paste background music with the video, workshop noise is sufficient. You can start another channel named '' Pakistan Truck Music'' and throw your choice music there.
masha allah very nice job bhai jan
A real man can lift a truck flywheel and not even loose the ash of his cig.
You win best comment mate. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I’m crying 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
When I read your comment and seen the ash........ I was dying lmao 😂
That was pro level.
best hahahaha
That wrench to hold the flywheel, pure freaking genius!
These guys can handle any shtf situation.
These workers have so much respect for their work but none for their personal safety.
And can do it all with a cigarette hangin from his lip . That is my kind of mechanic 👍🏼. And the paint job ... very cool 😎
Great skill and craftsmanship. Very amazing to see how everything is custom made and reused.my thanks and appreciation.
Replacinf the clutch assembly in that truck brings back memories from when I worked on a fleet of trucks. They were poor drivers and always burned the clutches out because they rested their feet on the clutch pedal all the time.
@Ewan Yengi yes Ewan, they were GMC 7000 series cab overs
Nice, We also have that in philippines
I'm going to tell my mechanic to rebuild my clutch plate and see how that goes.
If he says no , show him this video 😂
Camera guy u do a great job getting in there so we can see exactly what’s goin on great job. I really hope u wear a mask and not cause of COVID but cause ur in that drill n grinding dust all the time. Either great job brother
We used to do this in Jamaica lots of memories
Too modern now
Amazing craftsmanship! John in Texas
Tightening torque measurement lvl - enough tightening is when your arm/knee get "click". 😅
That's called knee wrench untill it clicks, lol
I could get a job there, my left knee clicks when my leg is about 20deg.
When your knee joint goes out of place it goes click. Good to 180 foot/pounds
This should be a commercial for mesothelioma.

Hello Mesothelioma.
Show more machining like this one (lathe, mill, and grinding)
Crazy but awesome. Love this channel.
That flywheel is absolutely stuffed. The truck place I worked would bin it no matter what. The cracks are too deep to machine out and they do effect the way the clutch operates. The cracks are from the clutch slipping and the flywheel getting too hot
Yeah, except in india people rather eat asbestos dust then buy new parts.
Only non asbestos based clutch and brake liners are available in India since 1995.
Brother, India is emerging and consistently improving.
We are in BS 6 [equivalent to Euro 6] emission standards and many cars and bikes currently sold across globe have been withdrawn from our market.
I like the grinding wheel dresser......an old gear
Boy....these guys really earn their pay
You guys have some many skills. When the apocalypse come can I come to your place. 😂😂
