I know Nigeria is difficult, but nobody is talking about living in the UK is expensive. It's very hard to feed and pay bills these days. Last year, £50 fuel can last me for 3 weeks, but now that same £50 fuel can only last me for 5 days with manage oo. We are not even talking about light and gas. You work from Monday to Sunday, yet the money does not belong to you, all goes into bills. No one is smiling anymore because of the hardship here. This is not life....
My sister went from the UK to Australia over 15 years ago. She is now complaining about the prices in Australia just last week . She is a high earning professional born and raised in the UK and she is complaining. I used to live in Australia for 3.5 years back in 2012 and even then it was pretty expensive compared to the UK, where I was born and raised. If people are moving let it be a developing country where your Pound or Dollar really stretches and you can live a better quality of life. Just make sure you earn in the stronger currencies.
Anywhere you choose to live in the west is expensive. The economies world over will not improve any time soon. The only people with a comfortable lifestyle are entrepreneurs. Otherwise if your employed anywhere, please be ready to live a frugal life in order to stay afloat.
