MY GOALKEEPER OUTFIT/ PROTECTION - How to dive without hurting yourself

What are your thoughts on wearing pads in goal? Im starting to not use them anymore but what do you guys think?

I wear thin Lycra under top and shorts with thin padding. Like storelli, rehab & one glove. I choose which one depending on the weather and my kit colour 😃

I think you need a tighter jersey or an under shirt, tight as well
