Hi there mate, I would suggest researching how to properly tape the thumb specifically as this is more wrist. And the finger technique wouldn’t really assist too much on the thumb

If we are using tape on finger ...Do I have to buy gloves 1 size bigger ...Or glove which fits to bare hand will also do work ?

Don’t go up a size In gloves, wear the correct size gloves as the tape is thin and if you don’t use too much it will fit under
