Just do the reverse of what I did in this video. Go to Deák Ferenc tér near the Budapest Eye ferris wheel. The airport buses pull up there. Just tell the driver you want a ticket to the airport, and off you go
@@amzarsyahmi9136. There are 2 stops - Astoria and Deak Ferenc ter. Both are by the metro, Astoria on line 2 and Deak Ferenc the main square has metro lines 1,2 and 3. I noticed that there are signs on the ground at the metro at Deak Ferenc leading to the 100E bus stop. Purchase tickets at the machines (Fl 2200) using card or cash and validate on the bus (checked by driver).
Yeah. Same location, just the other side of the road to get the bus back. I just paid the driver on the way back. The fare has gone up to 2500 HUF now though
The most pathetic, slowest, most complicated and worst service and even for your accommodation you will have to walk kilometers with your suitcases. Use a private airport transfer service in Budapest for just a little more money if you want to travel calmly, stress free and comfortably!
I always travel light so I don't mind walking 15 / 20 minutes to my accommodation. I always try and save money, so I only use taxis if I absolutely have to.
Thanks for the good tips! 👍
You're welcome
