- Starting a new series where I ask the athletes who qualified to the Games a few questions. And they have the chance to ask me a few too.
Going to try to get through all 80.
In this one I interview Brooke and we cover a variety of topics to include
CF won’t hire better media so TheDaveCastro is just taking it upon himself. Next I’d love to see Justin Medeiros and Danielle Brandon.

CF has a media team (allegedly) yet they have not produced any content to promote the games or athletes. So, who does it...TDC!! Great idea Dave! Thanks.

Me and my brother attended the 2015 games. That pull-up rig in the Soccer field was insane! I couldn't believe it was real, words can't describe how epic it was. That had to be the hottest Murph ever done. I think it was like 90 degrees with 80 percent humidity, we were in the shade watching and we were sweating ahahaha
That's the only games I attended too. It was definitely hot, but absolutely memorable and awesome. I still wear my 2015 Games bucket hat, that everyone had to buy, to not get totally burned.

Why does CrossFit HQ feel like it’s in start up incubation again? Are they getting ready to be sold? Is that why there isn’t any content being created by the media team? It’s very bizarre that Dave Castro, the Director of sport is the main content creator for CrossFit HQ.

The 2:00 800m, 300lb bench, 400lb squat, 500lb deadlift challenge would be fun to watch
