Such a good plant ! I ve got great results mixing tiny grits and little stones with sand in the soil as well 1/3 of each and 1/3 of compost or manure with 1/3 well drained light soil. It is a great way to provide drainage and some mulch with both stones and woodchips are welcome. My results are fantastic ! I have my lavender dream come true by now hahaha Thank you Arbor Gate!watching you guys and this lady excitment with soo many lavender varieties makes me inspired !😙Let us enjoy a lavender tea for now!
I am in Zone 8b Louisiana. I will soon have Lavender "Phenomenal". I plan to put it in a clay pot in full sun. Is the pea gravel still recommended for this variety?
