- Lavender Farm Tour where they produce Lavender Essential Oils that are used to produce their line of natural skin care products. Lacey Farms is also an Event & Wedding Venue where special memories are created in the historic barn and amongst the backdrop of the lavender fields.

Lavender is one of the most widely used essential oils. Lavender oil is used in aromatherapy, skin care and natural health applications.
At Lacey Farms they do all of the planting, lavender harvest & oil distillation. They planted their farm with a 1941 antique Ford tractor.
After first trying Provence lavender plants, they lost nearly 80% of their crop. Through trial and error they found success with the Big Boy James and Phenomenal Lavender plant varieties.
Their Lavender Skin Care Products are sold online, in select retailers and 49 Kroger stores throughout Texas.

We own land but not enough to do that sort of setup. We have 2 homes in different towns both with 2 acres but neither fit the bill for a venue. We are very close to the coast. Minutes away from ocean city md. Property here is being developed at such a pace that farming and that way of life is becoming a distant memory. That's why we are not opposed to land out west. We watch every video and check regularly on your website. Just like mr. Lacey said. The right property will be available at the right time. Again thank you for the channel, not often do you find honest and trustworthy people to do business with. Your reputation is building stronger buy the day. Keep up the good work.

We bought a few acres right as the pandemic set in. We have a big empty field and I want to carry on in my dad's and grandad's footsteps. Farmers through and through, both of them. I can't do corporate America anymore. I feel I've lost a few years of my life due to the stresses of that rat race. Maybe I could get them back by farming and working the land. It's in my blood. I love the idea of doing it and producing something tangible. :)

Thank you for this video. I live in East Texas and it is hot and humid and you are right it takes a minute to figure our which lavender will grow in a specific area. I love lavender and it smells so good and I'm growing my own.

@@LANDIO my first round, I killed the English lavender that I purchased. It died within days and I had about 100 plants. That got me. Then I read some more and got the Lvandulaxintermedia Grosso Lavender and this time I didn't put it in the ground; I put it in a pot to see if they could handle this heat and they are still alive and I don't water them but once or twice a week because if you do they will die. I'm still going to wait to put them in the ground but at least I know that one will work out here.

I own two wedding venues and shut them down when God showed me we are making an unholy and u godly alliance when people run to get s marriage license they are marrying the state. The state now owns you, your spouse, kids and assets. The state replaces the man as head of the home and the home is out of order. We shut our wedding profits down over 100k because it should not be a business. Why profit off ignorance. I am going to start a lavender farm too but not to profit, for the smell. It’s a biblical plant. we are a ministry not money hungry compromising worldly people. Sorry but it’s the truth!
