It’s soo lovely, Cami!💜🫶🏻
This is what we were waiting for 😋 more of these vids please 😊
I would be SO interested in lavender from your farm.
Yes! I just found you through Farmhouse On Boone; we're homesteading on a Colonial era property in the Adirondacks, and I want to design our gardens in an 18th century apothecary style way. We did have some success this past summer, but we're an extremely wet region, so it's a struggle. Any info or tips/education is SO appreciated, and I'll be checking out your shop!! 😁
I went to the South of France and saw the lavendar fields there. They are beautiful. I live near Melbourne in Australia and there are a few lavendar farms here. They are very popular. Your home will smell amazing. Lovely the whole family is involved x
Yes!! That would be awesome
I’d be happy to buy and support your business. Congrats, family
I would totally buy lavender from your farm! I hope you consider selling it and also doing a video on all the different lavenders you grow.
It’s beautiful
Beautiful crop!! Your hard work has paid for you and Mr. Tibbs. I love your story about how he retired from his 9 to 5! ❤🌻
A lavender farm would be lovely! What a beautiful harvest you had! Will you share which varieties are your favorite for different purposes, i.e. cooking, medicinal, fragrance, etc.
What a great lavender 🪻 harvest, it looks so pretty hanging on your porch. It was so neat seeing the whole family working together 😊 I am definitely interested in more videos! So happy for you, it's just beautiful 🪻💓🪻
Oh my goodness - so so exciting!!! What a wonderful crop! I love lavender!!!! I wish you all the success in the world with this endeavour!!! The world needs more lavender!!!
I've tried so many times to start it from seed with no success ... until this year!!!!! I started it by the winter sowing method - and it worked AMAZINGLY!!!! I'm in zone 6B growing in the humid valley air and clay soil of SW Ohio. We had a pretty mild winter after a very dry fall and a very uncharacteristically cold couple of weeks in late December. I lost many of my beloved hostas, several hydrangeas and even my well-established hollys and boxwoods lost all their leaves and are just slowly coming back. I started seeds in more than 40 milk jugs outside in mid-January, February and March. A lot of perennials and quite a few annuals (March). They sat outside in their jugs throughout the freezing temps and all but 3 jugs germinated. We had more snow that we often do so I only needed to water them occasionally once they germinated. I have a brand-new small 20'x30' inground garden this year - and every plant in the garden I started from seed ... including the sweetest 8' row of lavender. It's so exciting! I don't know if my crazy success was a one-off but I'm eager to try several more perennial varieties this coming winter - including several different varieties of lavender!!! Naturally!
I'm also kind of hooked on dahlias! I started two packages of mixed hybrid dahlia seeds and I have dahlias for days - I have tucked them in here there and everywhere - I'm going to deep mulch some of them and hope to overwinter them.
🤗👍❤🖤beautiful!!
I went straight to your links looking to buy some before the video even finished! I would especially be interested in a package of the different varieties you grow to compare them in taste and scent.
Your plants are so beautiful
I live in az and have lavender as well, any tips you can give on keeping them Healthy
Would be so appreciated
hey girl- this was so cool! So happy for y'all😀 The Lavender looks really good! So pretty. Keep up the hard work🥰
Share any information, recipes etc. I live in Michigan & just want to have it for my own enjoyment. I have the sandy soil so that is good & it’s been a dry summer. The problem is getting it through the winter. I have 3 new plants this year & good to hear to cut the flowers soon to let it concentrate on growth & to help with the flowering next year.
I love lavender, the smell, the color, so beautiful and calming. Are you planning on selling them? If you are. How much are the lavenders? I’m interested ❤
I would be interested in any information and or recipes using lavender. Thank you!
