He could have just been a guy out walking that the girls were put off by so they filmed him. While I’m sure most people think it’s unlikely, (including myself.) the guy photographed could be just some random dude. Like they said in this video, there were other people on the trails that day. I’m sure each person that’s come forward saying they were in the area has been investigated, but just like the man in the video, there could be another someone who hasn’t admitted they were out on the trails that could be the actual killer.

Terrifying for someone who is unfamiliar with that bridge/area. For a man to walk across it at a good pace WITH HIS HANDS IN HIS POCKETS indicates to me he has crossed that bridge many times before in preparation for this crime. And then he (and the girls) likely had to go down a very steep hill as well. He planned this and corralled those two poor girls.

"PLEASE READ HLN" Somebody needs to ask the older sister if she can recall any vehicles parked when she dropped the girls off. Also, see if the father remembers any vehicles there when he arrived to pick them up. You can also check to see if there is any houses in walking distance of the trail. If you look at the video or picture of the man you can see that he was prepared for a walk. The thin blue wind breaker over a heavy coat looks like he is local and prepared for a walk in the wind. He has walked these tracks many times, because if you look at the video he has his hands in his pockets walking without hesitation. Think about it, this guy knows this place. I have studied the video and picture, if you look at his right side under the blue wind breaker you can see the outline of a gun shifting as he walks. The impression shifts with the sunlight as he walks. The barrel of the gun is positioned and facing towards his right arm leaving the handle towards the zipper, telling me that the man is left handed. If you look at the boots you will see that they are soft patten leather work boots, not hiking boots. They look like Walmart brand brahma boots. From the top arch of the boot to the toes looks to be 6 to 7 inches giving him either a size 11 or 12 in shoe size, making him between 5ft 11 inches to 6ft 1 inch between 185lbs to 215lbs. His blue Jean's has been washed many times leaving the material thin on top of the legs, leaving me to believe these are his favorite Jean's, meaning he would wash blood from them so that he can keep them. The tone and authority of his voice leads me to believe that he is between 35 to 45 years of age. I also believe that he is a relative of an official with some sort of power in the community. He is either laying low or someone sent him away. Everyone needs to see who disappeared around the same time four years ago.

Not every element of a case is a holdback:
Person that found the girls has shared his texts and stated:
Libby had her neck sliced and almost totally severed from her body and she had clothes removed, covered in leaves and branches, and Abby had her neck sliced also, although not as extreme and she was dressed; both girls posed like “dolls”... He described very little blood at scene...
A woman walking her dogs described the younger subject... Another lady saw the same younger guy, he gave her the creeps, and told her husband about him that night...
It could have been another man waiting on the end they were heading; human hunting is a sport of the wealthy; satanic/illuminate ritual abuse: so many Satanic Synagogues and Mason Temples in Indiana... Would question any symbols on the body or crime scene(s) related to sacrifice and blood draining for adrenochrome...
Many people do not know the psychopaths in their families...
As a former psychiatric forensic nurse that sat in on criminal court reviews for mental competency, with the forensic psychiatrist...
I found most intelligent murders (organized); are smooth talking master manipulators, who spend their days playing cat and mouse con games... Family and friends might have no idea...
Interactive Maps on web allow remote viewing of trails, bridges, water, and wooded areas... Person probably knew school was out; and parents were working; good day to hunt teens unfortunately...
Police should never have called off search; most children are murdered within hours of capture; search and rescue dogs should have been brought in right away...
Just like the LISK killer on Long Island; police, and related agencies, should be investigated; due to not releasing much info or attempting to fully explore DNA analysis, etc...
    Lots of cover ups, and blackmailing, happen in situations of organizations acceptable;
of human sacrifice and child trafficking... Children are worth more than drugs in this modern world...
    Thank you for this report...

Wow, sounds like a tarot card reading I heard and believe! It all makes sense! Libby was the target and motive (she was unclothed) whereas Abby was just at the wrong place/wrong time (still clothed). The tarot reader said a blunt object was used initially but then a knife was involved. Also, a jealous woman was behind this (this was a couple). Someone mentioned seeing a man & woman walking near there around the same time. I wonder if they were interrogated. Maybe they felt because they were a couple, no one would suspect them.

Yes, I think he just posted himself at the beginning of the trail and waited till he saw a viable victim get on the bridge, with no one ahead of them. My gut says he would have preferred a single victim, but as the day wore on, and the girls were the only ones who crossed who seemed "takeable", so to speak, he decided to pounce and followed them. I don't think he expected he'd have much of a challenge if he had a gun, however they probably turned out to be more of a challenge than he expected. He probably figured he'd take his chances with two victims because time was ticking away as the afternoon wore on and he needed to satisfy his urge before he lost all opportunities that day. This case is haunting and heartbreaking.

I don’t think he’s watching. Seems like it wasn’t premeditated and something happened that ticked him off prior to even him coming up on the bridge. Was he passing over the bridge to get to the other side to go to the store and he was triggered by something. Did he have issues with people being on “his” bridge? He knows the area when he says “down the hill”. Was he already down that hill previously? Did he walk them a half mile to ensure there wasn’t any possible view? What is the other way out of there once you crossed the bridge? It looks pretty thick with brush and such. He sounded calm but almost as if he is slightly annoyed and at that point already had it in his mind that he was going to murder the girls. It hurts to say that and if any of the family reads this, I mean no disrespect and sincerely apologize if I sound disingenuous. I couldn’t begin to imagine their pain and loss and anger... 🙏🏻

Because there is no way any murderer would leave the victim with their phone esp. once he knew that they were recording him. After the fact, the police were able to find the phone and get the info. IF BG was actually the killer ... leaving room for doubt.

He's dressed heavier than the girls, so he likely came from a little further north. As far as signatures, this was his first murder and likely his last. He took no souvenirs or left any signatures as a calling card. The officer who said that probably meant MO not signature. Libby had been chatting with the guy since around Christmas. He claimed to be 19. Twice she asked a neighbor boy to go with her to meet the guy, once around Christmas, the second time the night before the murders, he declined and warned her about such activities. Someone on RUclips took a video camera and filmed all around that area where the two children were, and died. Prior to that, I'd only seen images of the bridge but this video revealed what a barren, scary place the area is, particularly in winter. The bridge itself looks so scary to walk on. I am surprised any parents or family member would allow two young children to go out there on their own. If it weren't for fears of abduction and murder, then falling off the bridge is likely. I'm shocked the two girls were allowed out there.

Why not bring in a few detectives from far away from Delphi, say Chicago or NYC, LA County Sheriff's Department, or Denver to work on this case, reputable self-starters and brilliant people with access to all evidence and materials?

Look very carefully at that Snapchat photo shifts Abby out of the picture you will see a white construction van by the support parked that was meant for the abduction didn't work out they ran and they got caught up with but they have all this please study that picture very carefully it's not the best but it's taken from far away by Libby and a picture she was taking of Abby she caught the van in the picture barely God bless all of you that's the big key

At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if the killer was someone posing as a “Internet detective” trying to help solve this case. They might live in the area or close by and say they got interested in true crime because of this case. They might cover other cases from time to time. But they always come back to Delphi.....

Delphi? Where is this at? State? What was the date it happened?
Either this is my first time hearing about this or it’s been so long ago I’ve forgotten?
I have had a bad memory since car wreck so I’m sorry for asking but I’m trying to learn more about this case. I can’t seem to find out anything about it though
WHY IS IT THAT THIS STORY ISNT EVERYWHERE
THIS STATE/ county & city should be reposting this story non stop.
Someone somewhere knows this man. It’s just gonna take more work reposting this story.

They have to have the DNA evidence required to use forensic genealogy first. I'm not sure they do.

They can't give out cause of death. Its secret information that is absolutely key to investigators if they haul in a suspect. Hoping he'll trip himself up and tell them the cause.

Not true, they can release COD, they keep things close to the best to vet suspects. They have multiple signatures they are keeping hidden as well. They are trying to protect the family and girls. Meanwhile a monster hunts their neighborhoods.

Someone asked on another video made by a psychologist if he thought there might be any connection to the Evansdale, Iowa murders of Elizabeth and Lyric.... Wish I had been able to submit this question to this panel when they were live

No one can think quickly or clearly when your life is at stake! And they're only 14 years old! I'd be freaking out as a young girl! They were in so much danger they had no idea what was going to happen to them at this point! They had no idea what was going on what is going to happen I wouldn't know they didn't know and I'm just like chilled to the bone! My hair is standing up on my skin right now because I am living a horrible sadness for these ladies it's so horribly sad I can't come to grips with this it's just so horribly sad! So you know what no one has words I don't have words for what these little girls had to go through no it's horribly sad and I love them unconditionally and I feel so heart breaking sad for them and their parents and their grandparents and their family and their friends and the whole community this is just very sad they've lost these precious little pearls the precious Pearls of Life they've lost in that community because they were such beautiful little treasure chests yes. I'm just saying I'm so consumed in this because I love these girls! I really love these girls and it's so it's so! I can't wait for the day that we get the Killer because he's not going to want to look me in the eyes

I disagree with releasing the cause of death. Let’s say they were shot or a knife was used. How would that lead to information of the Suspect. I feel a Criminal Profilers information would definitely lead more leads or information on the Suspect

Best to not release that so they could weed out anyone who wanted their 15 minutes of infamy or who decided to troll the police. I think they said there was something unusual about how they were posed after being killed but that's also not being released for the same reason.
