On February 13, 2017 Abigail Williams and Liberty German were brutally murdered in the middle of a day off from school. Libby’s sister Kelsi had dropped the girls off at the trails near the Monon High Bridge in Delphi, Indiana and never saw them again. Since then, Kelsi has dedicated her life to seeking justice for Abby and Libby and helping other families who are going through this unthinkable heartache and devastation.

Honestly I feel so bad for them both but Abby was her mom's only child. I would have a hard time wanting to go on if I lost my only child. I cannot even imagine. Every waking day would be agony. It's one thing when you have other children to live for. But he took her everything. BG should rot in hell for the damage he's caused.
All of my love to the family. The absolute strength they have had to muster is something no human should have to experience. I can see how loving and full of light they all are. Libby was raised around great people. Justice will be served.

He and Becky contradicted each other so much.
Mikes version - He went straight to the trails after work. He decides to call a “cop buddy” of his right away and asks about pinging Libby’s phone. He’s told to go to police station so he goes straight there. He goes to the station and they start work on her phone. Then runs home to get all their electronics that Libby could’ve used. But in the same breath he says he gets a map and decides to put together search parties as he arrives at the trails but Becky walks up to him and tells him it’s late to call the police so he calls the police (even though he’s already called them and been up to the station) so he calls LE to tell them what was going on….he was setting up a grid and sending out searchers. He tells searchers (bc evidently Mike is running the show?) “take your time. Take all night if you need to. Go over everything with a fine tooth comb.” Later he says he decided to call the search off due to the terrain and too dark to see even though many searchers and firefighters stayed all night searching the Pattys all left for the night. Kelsie had already left by 9-10p. Mike says he couldn’t just go home so he followed Libby’s phone “pinging all over town” til 3:30a.
First of all, how is a victims family setting up grids and search parties when he’s been at the police station and his house getting electronics? Second, when did Mike finish up at the station and the house and arrive back at the trails? He couldn’t have done the grids before. Police called at 5:20 and told he and Becky to come to the station. There was NO time for them to be there starting a a grid.
Becky’s past version - Mike “has been there searching” and she sees him walk up so she tells him to call police it’s getting late. He calls and they tell them to come up ti the station so he and Becky leave and go to station. Becky’s says she calls Kelsi at work and she leaves to come look for Libby. Kelsie says on another video she was just getting out of the shower and had walked downstairs to watch a movie with her boyfriends dad before she went to work when Becky called her. So she went to the trails instead of work. Her Bf’s dad was a volunteer firefighter. Never heard if he went to the search. Later Kelsi says she was at work when Becky called so she left work and went to the trails but went back into work. Another video she says she didn’t go into work and was at the trails but LE wanted them all there for questioning that night so she and a friend sat at the station and hacked into Libby’s accounts messaging people she talked to INCLUDING ANTHONY SHOTS who said he was supposed to meet Libby but she never showed up. She decided this wasn’t important so she never told LE. This was only revealed 4 years later after LE publicly released it. Another video says she went home and went to sleep having no luck finding the girls .
Becky on this video - Mike calls police and they go to the station together then go home later together to gather Libby’s electronics.
When were they ever at the trails???
Nothing they say is every the same except these things: Libby dropped girls off and gave them both jacket or sweater, told Libby “I loved her” and that’s it’s.
I implore anyone who disagrees to go back and watch at least 5 interviews that last 15 mins or longer. You’ll see for yourself. Im not saying anyone is involved but all that matters to me is putting their pieces of the puzzle together and I can’t seem to make any of their stories corroborate. Please go listen to a few yourself. I can’t figure this family out.

This is the closest confirmation we've heard to them having dna.
Doug Carter confirmed two years ago during an interview that LE had DNA.

It's so nice to hear how much she praises and trusts the Detectives. They're supporting the family and continuing to work on the case.
Australia set a goal for all Countries to aim for. Cleo Smith was found after two weeks missing. God bless them and all Police in the World that are working for good. They deserve to know that they are appreciated. The Man that asked Cleo her name, I just want to hug him and let him know that we are all so proud of his group, we admire their ability to solve these terrible crimes and bring a baby girl back to her family. I honestly think some of these interviewers are not fooled and they design their questions in a tricky way in order to help law enforcement
Did anyone videotape the funerals, showing at the funeral home and grave sites? Fundraisers? Always video tape the people who attend, especially those who stand in the background. Often times, killers will attend.
Mike took Becky home because he said they needed someone there at the house in case a call comes in. That's Interesting because Kelsey was already there at the house. Maybe Mike just wanted to be alone in the dark to search and such...until 3:30am. Did anyone see Mike climbed a tree during the search on the 13th? And the simple answer to why the BG's voice sounds familiar to Kelsey is because it is familiar.

Libby's mom is never included, I wonder if that's her decision or theirs.
Libby lived with her grandparents. I am not sure of the details but her grandparents were her main guardians.

Department of Natural Resources would have specific knowledge of the waterways in the area because they would have to test it. They aren't local and aren't always the same guy coming out to check.

I saw an interview done recently with Becky. It broke my heart bc she is blaming herself that she didn't know Abt an app where Libby came into contact with kegan Kline. She can't control it all and we know how it is to be a teenager and no ody knows how much contact or the depth. I feel for her and as a mom I'd blame me too even though there was no way u can always be with them and what there doing. Prayers for grand momma.
I hope the person involved could watch this show and realize what he has done. Losing a member of your family is very heartbreaking. These girls are missed so much. To the killer if you're not found to pay for your crime in this world. I know for sure you will face God in the afterlife and he will have your punishment.

Okay, first off you need to compare my theory with other theories and ask yourself which theory needs the most separate circumstances to create a plausible case. I feel mine needs the least circumstances considering what we know. I always believe the most likely scenario is most likely the correct one (not always, but usually).
1. Proximity: Many theories ask how he got down the path from the CPS building down a mile of path with little to zero eye witnesses seeing him, or if he parked here or there without being seen driving on any local traffic cameras. My suspect could have simply walked through the woods on his own private property. He can access the south side of the bridge easily on a 10 minute walk from his house completely unseen. Also, he could have fairly easily, maybe with binoculars, seen these girls slowly crossing the bridge from his own land. Then began ascending to the end of the bridge. Many other people have contemplated the "U-turn" theory, where he's at the south end of the bridge when they get close to the end of it, walks past them 50'-60', makes sure the coast is clear, aka no one following behind them, then turns back alarming Libby to take the video of him. No other suspect can walk to and from the crime scene on their own land under the cover of the tree line. In fact no other person on the planet can.
2. Bridge Guy Photos/Video/Audio: So the girls are murdered on Feb 13, 2017, their bodies are found on Feb 14, 2017. On Feb 15, 2017 these murders are all over local news. Channel 13 News decides to interview the man that owns the land that the girls were found on. In this interview (that's easy to find on RUclips) the man that owns the land is wearing a navy blue zip up jacket with a hoodie underneath. Now I know many men own similar jackets. So what I did was pause and take screenshots of him in said interview. From there I look at the wrinkles in his jacket compared to the Bridge Guy. On the right side of his jacket in the interview you see a line going all the way down. Many on the web have stated that this is a shoulder holster. If you look closely at the Bridge Guy photos you can see a clear outline of a large pistol. In my opinion this is the outline of a 1911 pistol (also easy to google). In the interview he doesn't have a firearm on him (because he's not that dumb). If you factor the wrinkles on his jacket with a pistol hanging inside of it versus without you will see that these jacket wrinkles are a near perfect match. I haven't brought up his hat yet. Bridge Guy is clearly wearing a hat, maybe a brown hat, or green but you can see the brim of the hat. What's unique about Bridge Guy's hat is there a distinct dent on the top of it. The guy in the interview is wearing a camouflage hat with the same exact dent in it. Now I can see where the jacket wrinkles could be circumstantial, when you add it with the hat and that he lives closer to the south side of the bridge than anyone else on the planet the circumstances start becoming more that a coincidence.
3. Body Shape/Gait/Walking: In other local news/Inside Edition interviews (again readily available on RUclips) with the guy who lives closer to the crime scene than anyone else you'll notice a few things. First, unless Bridge Guy has a bunch of supplies or other things stuffed inside his jacket (which he may) he's fat up top with skinnier legs. How many men, say out of a hundred, fit this body style. Now I don't know the answer mathematically but I would surmise it's a low number. That said the property owner DOES fit that body shape. Again, more coincidences. Many people laugh him off because of age, "no way a 77 year old could have ran down two tween girls". Or "the police have said he's younger". If you watch the interview one day later he walks reporters down to where the bodies were found. In this video he, at 77, seems to get around the woods just fine. If he can easily walk the landscape, and we've already established he had a large handgun, he could easily control the situation and walk these girls to the most remote part of the immediate are which he did. Also on the Inside Edition interview on Feb 17, 2017, after the Bridge Guy photos were released, he now doesn't wear his signature dented hat (nor is he ever seen in it again) nor his blue jacket. But what he does do is walk toward the camera (this is also before LE has released the video version of Bridge Guy). And if you look how his left foot kicks up and he pushes off his right leg just like Bridge guy it's yet ANOTHER match. If it was only one or two of these coincidences I could possibly look elsewhere but when everything matches what else can you conclude?
4. Alibi: Now at this point we don't know what his alibi is in the eyes of the Delphi PD/Indiana State PD. What we do know is that he's divorced and lives alone so there's no wife to say, "he left for a few hours in the middle of the day". We have heard 3 separate things that he had done that day. First he said he was at a tropical fish store in Lafayette 20 miles away, then its that he went to the local dump, then it's he was at the Pizza King restaurant in Delphi (which does have cctv, you can see this in a fluff interview 'also on RUclips' behind the woman being interviewed). What I would like to know is can the police place him at any of these locations with either cctv (like i said Pizza King has cameras, when did he get there?), public traffic cameras, local home surveillance cameras (ring doorbells etc.), credit card purchases at fish stores, cell phone pings or anything else of the like. Since we don't know it's hard to break his alibi. Just being a man that lives alone that seemingly changed his alibi a couple times that literally put him in prison for years leads me to believe that he is the killer.
5. DNA: Again at this point us web sleuths don't have any information on cause of death, rape kit, murder weapon(s), etc. So what I am saying on this topic is just me guessing. I believe if he actually raped one or both of them he either was extremely careful (used a condom, preemptively shaved his genitals 'I know, gross) or he didn't rape either of them, I feel if they have semen or hair and haven't somehow compared it to his DNA sample they are either woefully incompetent or he didn't leave any. I think it would be incredibly hard to rape these girls without leaving any DNA behind although not impossible. What I think most likely happened is that rape was the initial motive and either something went wrong (Libby fought back) and he killed one or both of them immediately. Again, this is all me guessing because LE releases no information. Because he's not arrested on DNA evidence alone i think the latter of my theory is the right one.
Okay, now that I've laid out the available evidence let me tell you what I think happened to Libby German & Abby Williams on Feb 13, 2017.
On Feb 13, 2017 Libby German & Abby Williams are dropped off at the Monon trails by her sister. They move down the path to the Monon High Bridge around 1:45pm-2:00pm. They cross the bridge by 2:20pm, proved by the picture of Abby Williams stamped at 2:07pm (i know there's conjecture on when this photo was uploaded). At roughly 2:20pm maybe 2:30pm Ron Logan appears at the south side of the Monon High Bridge. Why he was there is a matter of opinion, maybe it was happenstance, maybe he had been watching the bridge from his land with binoculars, maybe he goes up there every day hoping for the perfect scenario to rape a girl or girls. In any event, he's there, and he walks past them from the south side of the bridge about 50' and turns around. This alarms Libby German and she begins filming him. From here he brandishes his 1911 handgun, points it at them and says "guys, down the hill". After this it's a guessing game, and if I'm guessing this is what I say. He plans on raping one or both of them, one or both fight back or run, he begins to lose control and strangles, possibly stabs both of them. I would bet it's strangulation for a couple reasons. It wouldn't leave much or any DNA on them or him, I've also heard they were wearing scarves around their necks at their funerals. But it could have been by cutting their throats or stabbing them too. Even if he was covered in blood he could still walk home, disrobe outside, bring his clothing inside and immediately throw and them in the washing machine. I doubt he shot them though it's not impossible. LE should just release the cause of death. After killing them he walks home, under cover of the tree line that goes almost entirely from the crime scene to his house. From there he begins covering up evidence, washes all of his clothes, changes into new clothes, then risks years in prison to drive to the Pizza King restaurant to establish an alibi, most likely he arrives there between 4:00pm and 4:30pm. He returns home not a suspect and gives searchers permission to go on to his land at 6:30pm. The following days he does the interviews that tie him to the case. LE searches his house a few days later and likely find nothing. They release the Bridge Guy photos shortly thereafter, this is most likely the same day he builds a fire and throws his jacket, hat, deer hunting kit, jeans and boots in it. Local LE again searches his house 1 month later, about 28 days after he has destroyed every sliver of evidence associated with the Bridge Guy photos.
I know this is a lot to read, but if you come at this case from a rational standpoint there is no other suspect that fits. Ron Logan must be arrested and tried for this case before he dies of natural causes.

I watched something the other day. Saying that the DNA maybe contaminated BC it was so many ppl sreaching for the girls. Before the actual crime scene was closed off. I believe thats why they cant find the killer BH using DNA

The circumstances surrounding Young Sketch reveal the identity of the killer. Law Enforcement knows exactly who it is but do not yet have an airtight case which is why he hasn't been arrested yet.
Law Enforcement had Young Sketch on February 17, 2017 - 4 days after the murders. They chose not to release it at the time. Why? There's only one reason for that - they already knew who he was.
At CrimeCon 2018, Sgt Holeman revealed that LE had several sketches of people they knew to be at the trails that day. They didn't release any of those several sketches because they didn't need to. Holeman even joked that they had a sketch of Mike Patty - something they would only know if they identified the people in the sketches they had.
Young Sketch was one of several sketches of people LE knew were at the crime scene but he was thought to be there in an innocent capacity. Until some time prior to April 2019, LE thought Young Sketch was a witness. Consider this statement from Sgt Kim Riley, given on May 7 2019:
"Somebody may have already interviewed him," said Riley. "I'm not going to say they have or have not, but there's a possibility that has happened. The person apparently gave the investigating officers the information they were looking for. We have to try to go back and check on the information that we have received."

The Delphi killer was hiding in plain sight as a witness.

So, the killer is a local man, well-known in the community, KNOWN TO BE AT THE CRIME SCENE (hence why a sketch of him exists) but thought to be something other than the killer at first. He was interviewed but overlooked and the community will be shocked to discover his identity.
The only male known to be at the crime scene who resembles Young Sketch (the resemblance is uncanny by the way) and checks all of the boxes above is the male of the so-called "arguing couple".
The male of "arguing couple" has told conflicting and dubious stories about his presence at the crime scene. He has claimed to have seen Bridge Guy and helped with Old Sketch but the timelines he gives about his arrival and travel on the trails don't add up with other witness statements and his claimed sighting of Bridge Guy doesn't comport with statements by Carter to Megyn Kelly in 2018 that there were no witnesses who saw Old Bridge Guy.
The male of the "arguing couple" is the killer and Law Enforcement knows that.

He's saying it was DP. Sure, it makes sense out of the 2nd sketch and cryptic statements made at that press conference, but it makes no sense regarding the totality of the evidence. He doesn't look like BG in the video, I'm not even going to entertain that it was him and his dad as BG. Law enforcement would've had to of not had a problem with his alibi with the female he was with not checking out or not cared. There's no way they had no clue he was the man in the video and was there dressed identical to BG. Not to mention the best witness (woman walking her dog), FSG, and supposedly 1 more person saw BG and described him as the 1st sketch. Less importantly Leigh Kurr said the 2nd sketch was Anthony Shots, but more importantly we have no clue where the 2nd sketch actually came from. For it to be DP it had to be him and someone else that stretches the probability to something absurd.

Regarding the sketches YBG was a witness from 60" away that, the video and possibly the young girls interaction was used to make the sketch that came out first.
They released it two years later to give another depiction of their suspect, verified from the witness.

The small and close knit band of meth heads and cookers that did this did so to exact revenge on Libby's father, Derrick German, who was going to be going to prison for drug distribution, but was let off the hook when he agreed to become a police informant.
One of the men involved, Garret Kirts, 2 years later, murdered his ex-girlfriend by strangulation, which was planned, and did this with 2 or 3 of the others.
He also confessed to the strangulation murder of a man 2 weeks previously, which he was never charged for, due to corruption within the LE system.
He and the girl who was involved in the other girl's murder are each doing 55 and 45 years.
Garret was best friends with BG, and BG is the only one of the bunch that is not incarcerated on any charges.
These all knew that land and Ron Logan's property like the back of their hand, and had grown up going there and partying out there regularly.
The two that i mentioned were murdered by strangulation were most likely killed because there was fear that they were going to come forth to LE regarding what they knew about Libby's and Abby's murders.
what about the news that come out about Ron Logan the federal detectives saying they knew it was Ron, plus his voice matches the fanny pack, the incosistant time frame of when his phone pinged exactly at the murder site that day/evening?
