    The ransom letter was used as a diversion for the killer to distance himself by as much time as possible from when the body was to be found. The killer also used an exacting dollar amount related to John's job bonus, so it's highly unlikely that the Ramseys weren't immediately aware of who did this. *It's far more likely someone directly tied to them and that information who did this as opposed to a stalking weirdo repeatedly sneaking into the home, spying and then living out a horrific pedophile murder fantasy.* This person used that specific information to rub it in the Ramsey's faces who had done it and just as obvious to the point is the Ramseys weren't going to tell the police who it was! *The odds that they didn't immediately know who it was based on the style of the letter's phrasing and wordage and that critical information about his bonus is absolutely absurd.* It means it's likely someone that is physically nearby and this was one of the primary reasons to create the diversion in hopes of increasing the amount of time that passed until the body was found. *The Ramseys immediately lawyer up knowing they cannot expose this person for some outrageous reason, and just continue playing stupid for the rest of their days on this earth.* That knowledge of John's bonus is a smoking gun. They know who did it and always have.

    I disagree with the panel a bit here. I don't believe that people can't turn off/switch emotion quickly. I've seen people do it. Russ Faria was convicted partly because people didn't believe he sounded convincing enough while crying. They said in the first interview that he laughed and then went back to crying. In reality, he had nothing to do with his wife's murder. I remember when my daddy died I chuckled at something for a few seconds in the midst of crying. That's not impossible at all. Lots of people have done it.

    I don’t understand though Kaylees parents saying they got boxes of her things from Moscow LE, while it was still a crime scene. Even said they brought her bedroom garbage can back gull, even had a rotten yogurt container in it, like they had never even looked in it or tested anything in it. They said they stacked all the boxes in her room and haven’t gone through them. So how was her room empty? Or if it was empty, how did they get boxes of her stuff back from that house? They didn’t say overnight bag, or little suitcase for a weekend, they said boxes.

    I think most people that were alive during this murder [1996] understand more so than this generation of people, and that leads me to "you people" lol of "this generation" ... this man, this father of the little dead girl named Jonbenet, for him to still go on TV shows and attend conventions acting as if "he's trying to find the killer[s]'' is the biggest disgrace that man could ever give to his deceased daughter, it's basically urinating on her memory, and you ask why is that? ... BECAUSE HE KNOWS, he knew since day 1, this case was and is, IS AN ACTIVE COVER-UP, if this man had any guts, any love, any heart for his daughter, he would have to look in the mirror and to the world and finally come clean with the truth, and he's now 80 and still won't do that, so that tells any logical person this man is fine with dying, and dying protecting the killer[s] of his daughter , and here's the curve ball, NO, it doesn't mean it's Burke his son that he's covering for, so that makes even more strange as to why this man insists on protecting this man or men that murdered his child. The Grand Jury were privy to information and evidence and details we were never privy too as the public, they found that the parents subjected her to the potential danger that caused, recklessly that is, this and participated in a cover-up thereafter, that's the documents that were released, only the charges brought forth, so that means there's still 14 other pages of information, names, details, testimonies etc that is secret, the judge decided the public shouldn't get to see the documents, basically he's protecting the killer[s], real nice justice system we have right?

    It’s unsurprising that law enforcement first looked to foul play with the boyfriend. Statistics tell us that’s the first (but not only) place to look. Then to investigate whether denise perpetrated a hoax. Things like that have happened. What I found disturbing was that they tried to squash the case and even prosecute the victims when evidence began to point in another direction. I strongly suspect that some in law enforcement were trying to advance their careers with this case and then to save their careers when it became obvious. Two innocent people in jail and a serial rapist still on loose be damned. Years ago my husband worked as a housekeeper in a hospital. An employee stole a master key to offices and was stealing computers. They knew who was doing it but he was in a protected class and they couldn’t prove it. The supervisor thought my husband was a nice quiet contentious worker and he wouldn’t mind taking the fall for it. He suspended him even though the work leader told him she saw Larry return the key. Well he did mind-a lot! While he was out on suspension another key and more computers continued to disappear. When the supervisor found out he lied about it to protect his own job. When Larry and the work leader filed a grievance with HR.the whole s--show came crashing down. Larry got his back pay and the 3rd party management company had to pay it. The supervisor was suddenly recalled to Texas. My point is if someone would go to this level of deception over a janitor’s job what do you think people with real authority will do

    This guy goes on and on like a gospel preacher, painting a picture of the victims as angelic and wonderful. How is that professioal? Fear spread all over the country? No, It did not. Move on to facts of the case. The man who gave then a ride home was a him not 'them'. There was no keycode lock on the sliding-glass doors. Kaylee Goncalves dog was in her old room. Not likely that the killer went there. The killer knew the yard, knew the interior of the house, was comfortable inside the house. The killer went straight to Madison Mogen's room, killed her, then struggled to kill Kaylee Goncalves.

    • @enderthexenocide760
      @enderthexenocide760 9 дней назад

      The police may suspect them but they don't "know" anything. They likely aren't even murderers. If they're responsible then it is for being neglectful. The most likely scenario is an accident of some sort happening while the child was unsupervised. That makes them neglectful parents but hardly murderers. There is a lot odd about this case though. Isaac factory-reset his phone twice the night DeOrr went missing. Not damning in itself but very strange. There are bits and pieces of information that make all four of them look guilty on their own, so why would all four of them act strangely other than an accident happened that they all felt somewhat responsible for or feared they could be partially blamed for. Or just possibly little DeOrr really did "vanish" for lack of a better word. Idaho has it's fair share of odd occurrences and there have been UFO sightings right in the vicinity of where DeOrr went missing, there are also at least two other disappearances in the same geographical area that are unsolved under strange circumstances.
